此酒店兩年前入住過，得到良好印象，因此這次再與全家及介紹友人入住。但到達酒店後遇一黃髮三四十歲女工作人員，態度非常不友好，告訴我們酒店原本的代客泊車服務不存在了，讓我們自行將車泊去遙遠的公眾停車場。我們正因此酒店有此服務所以我們一行才於四個月前預訂了三間房并當時付費的。而且在我們到達酒店才得知，事前沒有任何通知。我們堅決反對並據理力爭，經過反覆交涉才爭取回我們應有的泊車權利。酒店的其他員工態度很好，唯那黃髮前台服務員態度怪異失常令人不解。使酒店原本良好印象打了折扣。 wong hurk marn

Lobby and restaurant are luxury and swimming pool is gorgeous, we really love the facilities. Our room has a independent cloakroom but bedroom and bathroom are a little small, I'd rather to have more space of them without a cloakroom....And there is a terrace with 180 degree view, amazing! Overall, it's a luxury hotel with excellent service that you can have a relax stay.

Excellent location. Beautiful swimming pool in the basement among the Etruscan ruins. Friendly staff.

Nydelig hotell med flott beliggenhet

I cannot say enough good things about Hotel Sina Brufani in Perugia. From the moment you walk in, you're surrounded with luxury in this grand hotel. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and have the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The breakfast every morning is fantastic, consisting of a wide assortment of cold cuts, fruit, cereals, pastries, cakes, bacon and eggs, coffees, etc. The hotel staff are so friendly and accommodating. Being a solo traveler, I had many questions about the city itself and they were always more than happy to help me. They really went out of their way to make sure that everything about my trip was perfect. But perhaps the best part about the hotel is it's location. It's situated directly across from a beautiful piazza, and the city center is literally right down the street. In a 3-4 minute walk you're in the heart of the city with all its beautiful historic landmarks. I loved everything about the hotel, and I adored Perugia. I hope to return someday and if I do, I will definitely stay at Sina Brufani again.

Front desk personal was very unpolite - I had a parking voutsher from Holtes. Com wich they did not accsept - they have never had those - I thing Hotel.com should have a discussion with them.

A one night stay to see Sting at the Umbria Jazz festival - so Perugia very busy! Great location at the bottom of main straight. Great views. Staff super helpful re car parking etc. and all sorts of advice. Our room had just been refitted - so immaculate. Will stay again Thankyou.

Beautiful accommodations and perfect access to the Umbria Jazz Festival! Easy access to many restaurants, points of interest and shopping - and picture perfect views. The bed was extremely comfortable and our room was very quiet. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Beautiful room. High ceilings. Tastefully decorated. The spa are is nice as well. Good location to go explore the old town. Would stay here again.

This hotel is extremely well located, the room had a very comfortable bed and the swimming pool was beautiful. The staff are very nice and helpful. Although the cleanliness of floors, stairs, and carpets in common areas is acceptable, for a 5 star hotel it can still be improved.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pool was a great place to cool off. We would have liked to dine at Collins Restaurant, but unfortunately it was closed, with only the Collins Bar being open. We also wanted to visit the rooftop bar, but this was closed as well. We experienced issues with the air conditioning, which could only be adjusted by reception. On our last night, we had to move to another room in order to get a comfortable night's sleep. We're not sure if there was some refurbishment work taking place, although the staff told us there wasn't.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in una bellissima camera al piano alto, con una vista impagabile sui colli, è da tempo che non godevo di un panorama così stando in hotel. Materiali storici e ben conservati, letto e cuscini perfetti, come anche il bagno e il servizio di pulizia della stanza. Graditissimi gli omaggi per l'ospite. La colazione era varia e abbondante; forse eviterei di mettere a pagamento il toast e le uova, quando paghi 300 EUR a notte chiederne 10 per un avocado mi sembra quasi sgarbato. L'unica pecca è stata la presenza di un solo ascensore per 3 piani di hotel + la piscina sotterranea.

Great location and clean hotel with good amenities for tired travelers!

Il mio soggiorno al Sina Brufani è stato una lezione su come non gestire un hotel di lusso. Definire questa struttura un "cinque stelle" è un insulto al concetto stesso di ospitalità di alto livello; la realtà che ho vissuto è lontana anni luce dagli standard che un cliente paga profumatamente. La pulizia è stata, nel migliore dei casi, imbarazzante. Essendo io una persona rasata, il capello trovato sul cuscino è la prova inconfutabile di una biancheria non igienizzata dopo l'ospite precedente. A completare il quadro di sciatteria in camera, ho trovato un bicchiere in bagno sporco e, per quanto riguarda l'angolo ristoro, un bollitore interno con muffa accompagnato da un cucchiaino incrostato di sporcizia. Non va meglio sul fronte della manutenzione: la manopola della vasca si stacca letteralmente in mano ogni volta che si prova a usarla. Nemmeno la palestra si salva, dove la totale assenza di spray e fazzoletti per igienizzare gli attrezzi rende l'ambiente poco curato e igienicamente discutibile. Pagare un prezzo da hotel di lusso per ritrovarsi in una camera che sembra non essere stata pulita da giorni è inaccettabile. Non tornerò mai più e sconsiglio vivamente chiunque sia in cerca di qualità e igiene di prenotare qui. Le foto allegate parlano da sole.

Bedroom was clean and tidy but the outside balconies and railings looked unsafe so we didn’t venture out onto them. The bathroom was nice but the extractor fan didn’t work which turned it into a sauna. One of the basins didn’t hold water which was a slight inconvenience when shaving, etc. The shower didn’t have a slider rail and was fixed around waist height and had to be held to wash your body unless you wanted to use the drencher head. There was also no shelf inside the shower area to put toiletries on meaning constant bending down. A shower grab rail would also have been advantageous. The toilet seat was also wonky but manageable. For a 5 star hotel complimentary daily water bottles were not provided unless you wanted to pay for it from the mini bar. Breakfast was a rudimentary continental type. Scrambled egg (with shell) was provided but if you wanted cooked eggs or omelettes there was a €7 - €15 charge. Swimming pool and sauna facilities were nice. Bar area was clean and tidy. Generally all the staff in the hotel were polite and helpful especially the receptionists.

Breakfast was lovely. I did not use the spa. We had dinner on the property and it was the best meal and experience from our trip to Italy.
