Clean and functional without being fancy. Very good staff.

Very good location for Suncorp Stadium events. Nice functional room with good aircon. The room servicing was haphazard but not a big issue. The car park is atrocious and should be complimentary. The one breakfast we had was ridiculously overpriced with a poor and stale selection. Because you had to buy your coffee latte/cappuccino, the meal cost around $50 each. Maybe gets a 6 out of 10 because the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful overall.

Great central location. Awesome views from the upper floors, generally all round good value with onsite parking too.

All staff very polite and professional. My only gripe is the safe in our room was locked and unable to be used and reception staff did not know how to unlock it. There was a mention of putting in a request for maintenance, but that would have been useless as we were only there for a short stay. That aside, we will be back!
