酒店前台服务态度不好

Service is good. Room is clean. Food is good But WI-FI speed is too slow and not stable.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times. Recently, we visited during the World Cup games. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk away from the iconic Angel de Independencia.

En general me gusta la ubicación del hotel, el desayuno es bueno y el personal amable. Lo único que me sorprendió es que al pedir un cepillo de dientes lo cobraron.

This hotel will always be our place of choice when we visit Mexico City. The location is perfect The rooms are great .....with an amazing choice for breakfast and a nice happy hour every evening. Staff and very attentive and they are always on hand.

This hotel is a very nice and well managed hotel centrally located in Mexico City to almost anywhere you want to go. Walking distance to just about anything that you need and many scenic spots for photos. The staff is wonderful from the minute you walk in until the minute you leave. The front desk, the concierge, the restaurant staff, and housekeeping are all fantastic. Two restaurants on site, one formal and the other much more every day where and food type. Very good. The pool is much smaller than the photos depict but that’s not horrible. Overall, I enjoyed my stay for a week here very much and will definitely return.

Great hotel, amenities (we also purchased the daily breakfast and snack ootion & it was very convenient). Only suggestion is to have more non pork options.

The rooms need to be updated, the bathrooms and needs more lighting inside the rooms.

La ubicación es muy buena. El personal es amable y las habitaciones son limpias, tienen todo lo necesario para un buen descanso.

Everything was amazing loved that we got 1 water bottle per person per day as well and the staff was amazing also the elevators would not work unless you scanned your cars for the room so an extra level of security. We would definitely return not to mention all the local food stands at all hours of the day and night.

This is a good hotel in a very good location. We had no complaints overall, except the free breakfast was nothing to write home about. The scrambled eggs were not very appetizing and we felt it was better for us to get something better outside the hotel instead.
