nice place to stay.............

Bel établissement en cours de rénovation durant mon séjour. De bels prestations complémentaires si vous prenez une chambre club premium ou une suite (ce qui a été mon cas). Très bien la suite mais on remarque tout de même que la chambre est vieillissante (joints de salle de bain à changer, certains meublent commencent à accuser le coup… Le service reste très bon.

Location, the hotel is beautiful

The landmark is our favourite Hotel in Bangkok. We really enjoy an evening in the Huntsman bar. The food is great and the price very reasonable. We enjoyed the Imported Irish beer we had as well.

My partner and I have stayed at The Landmark on many occasions. As far as facilities and location it's definitely our favourite with the added bonus of Access to the Fitness First gym upstairs. Rooms are also clean and comfortable. Our only issue this trip was the service from the concierge we felt that the standard of service had really dropped from previous visits especially when dealing with customers who visit regularly and have recommended many. Will think twice about booking again which to be honest is a real shame.

แอร์เงียบมาก นอนสบาย ไม่มีเสียงดังรบกวนการนอน มีหมอนหลายใบไม่ต้องขอเพิ่ม ภายในห้องพัก มีอุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวกเพียบพร้อม ห้องพักและห้องน้ำสวยสะอาด มีความปลอดภัยวางใจได้ ที่ชั้นล่างโรงแรมมีที่นั่งพักผ่อนหลายจุด มีร้านอาหารภายในโรงแรมที่ราคาไม่แพง สามารถนั่งพักผ่อน อ่านหนังสือ นั่งรอเพื่อนมาประชุมและทานขนมไปด้วยได้ มีร้านขายของภายในโรงแรม ให้ลูกค้าได้ช้อปและมีกิจกรรมเล็กๆน้อยๆทำ โดยไม่ต้องออกไปไหนให้เหนื่อยและเสียเวลา พนักงานมารยาทสุภาพเรียบร้อย ต้อนรับด้วยความสุภาพ ยิ้มแย้มเป็นกันเองกับลูกค้า

ดิฉันประทับใจทุกครั้งที่ได้เข้าพักที่โรงแรมแลนด์มาร์ก ดิฉันกับสามีชาวเมกันชอบที่จะเลือกโรงแรมแห่งนี้พักระหว่างทางกลับบ้านทุกครั้งหลังกลับจากต่างประเทศเพื่อจะกลับบ้านที่เชียงใหม่ พนักงานห้องอาหารน่ารักยิ้มแย้ม และเราชอบไปนั่งดื่มก่อนอาหารเย็นที่ร้านเบียร์ด้านนอก สระว่ายน้ำสะอาด อาหารอร่อย ฉันคิดว่าจะกลับไปอีกไม่ช้านี้

Comfortable rooms, super-efficient service, good food... Great location. Enjoyed my stay very much.

How come my previous review got score: 9? It is impossible because I was disappointed!

I made a booking for 4 rooms. Two person checked in few hours before me. When me and my friend checked in, we asked for one double bed for both room. Hotel very kind and upgrade our room to premium club which on 27-20th floor. When I enter my room, I wondered why this kind of hotel does not provide bath-up and sofa to sit. I thought every room are the same. After that I checked my friends on premium floor, they have bath-up and sofa!! Funny that hotel can say they upgraded my room from premium to premium club but the facilities even worst. What making me disappointed more, only my room and my friend’s room on premium club that have no bath-up and sofa! What a 9 nights at ‘premium club’ room. Can someone from hotel explain to me?
