Like - very clean room. We have big room for 3 persons - hair dryer available. Many mirrors available. - complete amenities (soap,shampoo, etc) - 2 bottles water as complementary. Also the kettle to heat the water. - friendly and informative receptionist - perfect location for tourist. Walking distance to gallery lavayette, to the promenade des anglais (beach), to old nice. - private parking area with charged daily. Compare to location, I think the parking fee is worth. The hotel let us to park our car up to 3pm even though we need to check out at 12 don't like - we need to make the additional bed (sofa bed) by ourselves. Usually hotel will prepare the additional bed directly - the towel and amenities are prepares only for 2 persons instead of 3 persons.
