The room is just ok. The water pressure for the hot shower is not enough, especially in the winter time. Also, it is disappointed that the WiFi signal is poor in our room. Limited WiFi login account with 500MB limit only. Not a enjoyable stay but just ok if just spent one night in Auckland.

This is a very classic hotel. Hotel staff is very friendly. We booked a two bed room apartment suite, one of the only two in the hotel. So we have a lot of space and can do cooking etc all we want. The location is not the best choice in Auckland, but if you have a car and is heading to where you want to everyday straight from carpark then it's not so much of an issue.

Good place tonstay overnight. The pool hours are limited; 10am-7pm. No early morning swim or after dinner swim. Friendly staff.

Clean & tidy, walking distance to many shops & cafes. Off street parking great too.

I like this hotel because of the location, amenities and the rooms are good. It has a cozy British pub feeling restaurant and a pool. It is convenient to town without being too close. I have enjoyed staying here for years.

Mahara and the team are friendly, professional and so welcoming! This is our second stay and we absolutely recommend it for families with babies. Peaceful and quiet at night, too.

The property was ok, great location for our concert. However staff attitude in the bar was terrible! Unfriendly, unapproachable and unprofessional.

Convenient to concert venue, friendly staff and restaurant on site. Requested room service but beds not made, not all rubbish removed and missing a towel.A small annoyance - no soap dish.
