Everything was okay our 1st night! But we had to leave due to flooding in our room 124 Our truck had water half way up on the tires! It was very traumatic for both myself, my husband and our little dog! We walked through water up to our shorts to get in our truck!! We had no extra money to stay somewhere else! So we had to spend the night elsewhere so we were soaking wet and had to stay in our truck! We did drive back down to the hotel but the fire trucks had blocked off the entrance!

The Staff is made up of All Non English Speaking men. One of the magers checked me in, wouldn't say one word to me. Highly uncomfortable. I also find it frustrating that no cleaning of your room for multi night stay. Maybe once a week.

Was okay for a night or two. Very noisy next to expressway and walls are very thin

Staff indifferent. One thin bar of soap and one towel supplied for three people. When a new towel was requested at the desk I was told it was policy to return the used towel before a new one could be issued. Very limited desk hours which was problematic when the power went down. Had to pay in full before moving in. Room smelled. No waste basket. Worst place ever.

Good place

The remote wasn’t working and I reported it after my check-in. The guy working was quick to come up and replace it. There were a couple of issues with a kitchen drawer and some green paint over some areas in the bathroom that I reported. It seemed they were aware. The latter issues weren’t a problem for me, I just didn’t want to be charged. Also, I appreciated the promptness of attention from the agent working when I reported the issue with the remote. Additionally, I called to extend my stay one more day due to a family issue that brought me in to town and it was easy to do that issue via phone (I presume to their call center; I’ll go down to the front desk in the morning to ensure there is no issue).

The staff were hard to locate. The lighting fixtures were broken and missing bulbs.

Horrible service. No hot water for entire stay of 7 days. Front desk folks did not speak a lick of English! Avoid this place at all cost as they were not willing to fix the issue or cancel the reminder of the reservation after two days or reduce the rate. And the issue was for entire hotel!

Bed was comfortable. Had hair in sink and sink didn't drain.

Our state has been pretty good the room was in good condition although the parking lot had excessive amount of trash I do believe it was because of the trash that put it there if you know what I mean.
