We found the receptionist rude because we spoke English also had mentioned there were welcome cookies and didn’t even give it too us !

Tous les magasins sont à proximité sans sortir à l’extérieur, chambre propre et malheureusement nous n’avons pas bénéficié du spa car le lundi c’était fermé. Nous avons apprécié cet hôtel. Nous y retournerons.

Always a great place to stay with the family. Kids enjoyed the pool and also playing at the pool table. The fact that we can walk in the underground city to go almost anywhere is great in winter since you don’t need to bring your coat and/or boots. The staff is also very nice and the welcome you with warm cookies (which is a big deal for the kids!)

Great location with access to lots of restaurants and shops without having to go outdoors. Great for children of all ages.

Overall, several bad things, even though the location and view and parking excellent. The day before I arrived, I called reception and it rang for 30+ times, with no answer. Later, I called again and asked about parking, and the staff person hung up on me mid-conversation. When I checked in, I asked for a room FAR away from noisy elevators: when I got to my room, it was NEXT to the elevators. The bathroom sink was clogged and wouldn't drain. Even though it was freezing outside, the heating in the room was noisy and did not work well, and there was only 1 light blanket on the bed. Overall, lots of bad things. Disappoinitng.
