Ubicación inmejorable, servicio, recepcionistas, todo me encantó, viaje con mi esposo y dos hijos Menores, fácil de hacer el check in y el check out.

Room was decent... for the exception of the sliding bathroom door... it does not close like a regular door but slides with a good gap around it - so all sounds come through like the door is half open lol.. also.. showering is not comfortable - and that draft is no fun either. It would of been amazing to of had a working handset on the phone... we could only use it on speaker mode. Something as simple as a pen and notepad (typical of the pricier hotels) would of been nice. Also - the stm transit map and walking pedways etc would of also been nice. We also had a flight cancelled - the hotel wouldnt rebook at the same price.. but then when we went through the booking website they did not put us in a new refreshed room. Rather assumed we would go into the same room with no refresh or clean... we paid 85 more than before. Best part was location for sure but Id search for better close by. Not worth the extra $.

Room decent -

Rooms are comfortable and clean, the location is very convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Phone in room not working & app not working so no way to order room service. They also don't have room service available for dinner, which wasn’t clearly indicated anywhere. Room and pool were nice. Hotel restaurant not family-friendly for dinner and very expensive.

Impossible de relaxer à la piscine tellement c'était bruyant. Le chaos total de jeunes ado qui saute partout,hurle etc ne permettant pas aux autres de relaxer et faisant peur à mes 2 petites nieces plus jeune de se baigner. Je me suis plaint et la seule chose qu on m'a dit c'est il y a beaucoup de famille dû à un tournoi d'hockey. On ne m'a rien offert pour compenser. Pas parce que ton hotel est plein que tu dois laisser les gens ne pas respecter les regles de civisme. J'ai payé le gros prix pour ma nuit et j'ai aucunement profité comme j'aurais dû. C'était le cadeau de noel de mes nieces d'aller a votre hotel et profiter de la piscine.

La chambre était bien

Room was great in terms of size and space. Could have been cleaner... Overall, enjoyed our stay. Very accessible parking nearby, not too expensive for 24 hours.
