Beautiful and central hotel with large, spacious rooms and a lovely breakast available to 11am at the Le Petit Opus cafe.

Great location, very clean hotel and great staff.

I love the Mount Royal Omni. The breakfast place is first class, the decor is elegant, and the location perfect. I had one of the largest suites for my family that I have ever had, with two bedrooms and a living room. One of the few hotels I look forward to going to.

Only problem was the elevators not working properly

Breakfast was great .. had oatmeal , it was filling and good value

Staff was nice, hotel is clean but very outdated. Rooms are spacious but old.

Great hotel in a perfect location for visiting McGill. The parking situation was a little confusing but otherwise, all good!

Air conditioning didn’t work , was so hot it was like sleeping in actual hell, I moved to a different hotel the next day .. I was extremely disappointed.. it should be clear that they don’t have adequate air conditioning

The hotel is well located with a great lobby bar, but the rooms feel very dated.

The staff members were very friendly and polite. Our room was clean and spacious. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The property would really benefit if it was updated a bit. The room was very outdated. The air conditioning did not work, the bed was not comfortable, the fan of the air exchanger was extremely noisy. I was disappointed with the room. The upsides were, the room was clean, a nice lobby, the breakfast at the restaurant was good, the staff were friendly and welcoming and it was a good location.

Great location! The staff is very friendly, the hotel and the rooms are clean. Just try not to flash the toilet while someone else is showering as it will make the water in the shower boiling hot.
