I was put in a handicap room

The staff is so rude here I wouldn’t recommend and one to stay here

The room was definitely stuffy .smelled like dog & cat pee.

I would like a cafeteria eith better options to eat.

Grab and go version of breakfast included was very disappointing. Internet was good, room was clean. Impossible to cook anything real, cause the vent only blows in your eyes and the window doesn't open, so the rooms smells for days. The staff was very friendly.

Moldy/urine smell

Room smelled like urine….moldy….bed was very uncomfortable…..

I checked in very late to a room with a queen bed and full size sleeper sofa. Had to go back to get the linens. My son thought the room smelled but I didn't notice it. The hallway smelled horrible-like they had used certain chemical cleaners to try to clean up some kind of mess in the carpet but it didn't quite get it all the way. The room was very clean but was a mix of new and outdated and worn out furniture/fixtures. New TV, new queen bed, new pictures on the wall, and new toilet. The sleeper sofa looked newish but the mattress was horrible and uncomfortable. The table, chair, coffee table and bedside table were scuffed and worn out. But clean. I had to request the pots, pans, utensils, plates, and cups from the front desk---this was my first stay at and Extended Stay so I didn't realize the cooking stuff was not kept in the room. There were no cleaning products provided for the mini dishhwasher or the dishes. I ended up just leaving the dishes in the sink although I did wash one set of items with the kitchen cloth and a bar of soap. On the second night someone who was staying in the room next to mine was able to open my room door with their key card which scared me to death. Additionally, the back door entrance into the hotel that you were supposed to use your keycard for access never worked and so anyone could walk right in. The bathroom door was coming apart and two of the lamps didn't work but I did tell the front desk and they made a note.

Chambre très sale. Moisissure sur le matelas du canapé. En ouvrant le canapé, nous avons trouvé toutes sortes de choses. Une odeur affreuse dans la chambre et surtout la salle de bain qui etait toute petite. Pas de petit déjeuner, seulement des muffins sous vide et des barres de céréales avec un thermos de café. Nous ne recommanderions cet endroit à personne.

Smoke alarm had been removed in room. Smelled strongly of smoke.

We checked in late, so I recognize this may have affected our experience to a degree, but the hotel was loaded with people outside loitering and smoking. I was cat called by a guest (?) in the far back parking lot. There is nowhere to park out front to check in. I reserved a room ahead of time and then was told by the front desk that they may not have a room for us, and then I had to choose from 3 rooms with issues. Luckily ours was just a non-working stove so that wasn’t an issue. The room itself appears fine at first, but when you look closer, it desperately needs attention. Holes in doors and walls, outlet covers cracked and falling apart, random furniture anchors left in walls, the rubber trim coming away from the wall and exposing a gap filled with dirt, hair and who knows what else. Thankfully the sheets were clean. The bed spread had stains and literal cigarette burn holes. We were the last room at the end of the hall by the stairs and the door opened and slammed shut all night. We would have left if we hadn’t lugged all of our stuff already up to the room and had a toddler well past bed time. Spend the extra $70 and stay at the very nice hotel just down the street.

Room smelled very musky. Lamps had mold on it.

Staff is very very nice. The room very clean, everything worked.

I checked in late evening. The lady at the desk , Maria was extremely friendly and cheerful and even though it was a long and tiring day, she brought a smile to my face.

This hotel is in urgent need of a renovation. Also, beware that their "breakfast" is actually a store packaged cereal bar.

It's just not kept properly in very BADLY condition, bed and soft bed was very bad condition, smelling like someone had using bed , lots of spots on on bed, no sheets or pillows...room smells like dead rats or something. Bathroom very bad condition with smelling not clean for long time..Never had such experiences in time..its seems owner has not kept properly in good condition or taking care. For people to enjoy staying...will never recommended any one to stay here... Thank you

The information on the website that this hotel offers free breakfast is very misleading . They only serve coffee, and there is no sitting area, like most hotels have. I did choose this hotel because of free breakfast and I'm disappointed. Natalie at check in was very helpful .

THE BED WAS SOOO UNCOMFORTABLE AND VERY HARD. Could not get towels or wash rags. The room smelled sour. The bath tub was dirty and had hair in it. Had to get room key reset 2 times in two days!!!
