I liked that it was quiet. Staff was great . Especially Anna. Very helpful. Didn't like the fact you have to download a app for washer and dryer use

It is barebones and very tired. It felt like an institution. creepy feeling in general. You walk into the lobby and the receptionist has you call a number on the telephone to check in. There was no soap in the shower, a miniscule sink soap. We said we were reserving for three when we made the reservation and got a sofa bed. There were not even any sheets on it. When my son went to get the sheets he was charged $1.50! And it was not inexpensive!

The night reception was orrible. For a family of 7 people, we sent an email to inform you that we willl be late. But at the hôtel the manager dicided to let us slepe outside. Moreover, you do not even want.to pay the money back. We did not use your property on the June 20th 2025 because the night manager who does not care about little children sleeping outside with their parents. We are very desapointed about your company. Please, do not send us your advert any more.

We stayed 2 nights. Very firm beds. Barely any blankets or pillows. 1 trash can. Toilet plugged. Tv did not work properly. Lock on door was jacked up and could tell it had been busted in and screwed back on to where the screws were striped. So it probably would have not stayed locked anyways incase of intruder. Person across the hall would come out wvery time we opened our door, and stare and watch us, one time while in his tighty whities, this happened multiple times.

It was clean but not up to date. There were no usb outlets, very few amenities (such as dish soap or dish towels in the kitchen). The Wi-Fi wasn’t working

Run down hotel. No soap in shower, no breakfast. Had to ask front desk for bedding for pull out couch and remote for tv was missing. Not worth the money spent for staying

Did not like that there was no breakfast and no one on duty at night time. Beds aren’t that comfortable.

My partner is a veteran with a service dog and we were treated poorly and disrespectfully because the employee didn't like dogs and the manager on duty the following day matched that same energy. There was no breakfast and the only two vending machines were so over priced it blew my mind.

Very good place to stay

Terrible. Don’t stay here. Each room has a kitchen but nothing in it. You have to pay extra to get the kitchen supplies. Not even a coffee maker. You only get 1 bath towel and wash cloth per person for 14 days. If you need more you have to pay for it. Front desk is locked up at 10 so if your key doesn’t work you have to call. On site person takes 15 minutes to come down. I had to replace key cards multiple times for my 2 night stay. It is not cheap. Not worth the money we spent.

This hotel is misrepresented in the app. Rented this unit studying full kitchen however there were no dishes, pots pans glasses silverware nothing. If you want it plate paper plates anything you have to purchase them from the front desk in a package. Or go to another store and buy your own. Was really inconvenient we were intending on cooking. Had to spend on budgeted funds to eat out. There were only two sets of towels for three adults on the reservation. There was no bedding for the sofa bed. I asked for bedding and did not get any so we could not pull out the sofa bed very inconvenient. I was not happy with this hotel. I was advised by staff that this past October 2024 they no longer were a hotel they have been transitioning no have transitioned into housing units.

Bad smell. Holes in the sheets Inconsiderate front desk staff. I had to wait 20 mins to get let in to the front door a room because my key kept deactivating.

Friendly staff. Clean. Sink stopper was broken and tub Leaked.

Property maintained. Service was adequate.
