Wonderful hotel. The room was very clean and the building is well maintained. The pool is the reason we booked and I'm so glad we did. It was perfect for our kids. Great staff. Highly recommend!

Parking was not ideal if you are pulling a trailer, staff were very helpful and easy to deal with. Tried to have a relaxing soak in the hot tub but the kids running around were out of control.

The beds were very uncomfortable, both of them were sunk in on the one side, tv was old and only had basic cable, couldn’t pay to get any movies or anything and the staff was rude about being asked that question?! Wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately.

Rooms were clean and beds comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, pool was a great extra to keep kiddo entertained although there is an extra charge for tube use which should be included as an option for hotel guests to use if desired.

Well, I was very disappointed un the cleanliness of the bathroom. I lifted up to use the toilet and there was a black ring under the rim, it was disgusting. I told the front desk about & they sent a gentleman up with a toilet auger. I explained & showed him where the problem was and he tried to clean it, then left. I then returned to the front desk to explain to the lady there what was required. They sent another lady up to clean & I explained to her where the problem was & she did her best to resolve the problem. I won't be staying at that hotel anytime in the near future.

We enjoyed our stay ! We had four children with us and the pool was definetely the highlight of our stay :) The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked amazing and kept us comfortable during the hot weather. Will be back next time we visit Lethbridge !

It's in a good area of town, close to shopping and restaurants. The front desk staff are very nice and welcoming. The elevator was broken, so we got to repeatedly walk up 4 flights of stairs, and the carpets in the hallways are grossly dirty.

Everything about the Holiday Inn was great, and the pool was fantastic with young kids who can swim. The hospitality of the holiday and staff was second to none. The breakfast is not up to holiday inn standards, as we had to use the Tony Roma‘s restaurant next-door. We experienced the minimum service possible by a server, which is expected when you partner with a for-profit restaurant like Tony Roma’s.

Room was clean and lobby looked good. We got in after 11:00 and left at 6;00am so we didn’t see the property much otherwise.

I was suprised how well the hotel was maintained. And for having a full Hotel it was very quiet

The staff were all friendly and helpful! Our room needed work. Our room faced the pool and only had sheer curtains so not great for privacy or room darkening. The pool lights go out around 10 and we had kids who were in bed long before that but had trouble falling asleep due to the lights from the pool. The carpets were long overdue for a cleaning as was the fabric in the pull out couch. The bathroom smelled terrible as soon as we arrived. Like a musty, mildew, rotten smell. The whole room was in need of an overhaul. We would definitely go back to one of the express Holiday inns over this one:/ And breakfast is included with your stay at the express! The little arcade room are our money on the rides too. Over all it just wasn't comparable to previous stays at the express locations.

The room was priced well. We had fun in the Waterpark
