Decent stay, only issues were the outside door lock was dead, and that the pipes/plumbing were so loud I could barely sleep. Other than that it was clean, staff was kind and helpful, and affordable

Room was very clean and roomy, just a little dated. Bed very comfortable. We had two access doors, one from the inner hallway and one from the outside courtyard parking lot which was very handy for unloading luggage and parcels from our vehicle.

Got the room we needed at a good price and had a great stay in a clean quiet place. Will be back.👍👍

Overall my stay was about what I expected for the price I paid. The room I stayed in was quite dated and smelled a little off. The toilet, bathroom floor, and counters were stained although seemed to be clean. The bathroom sink had some sand in it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed in a pet friendly room which was conveniently located near the back of the hotel near a grassy area. A recommendation I would make is that garbage bins be placed near this area to dispose of dog poop.

Staff was very helpful, I booked a room for my dad and accidentally booked the wrong dates through Expedia. The woman at the front desk was very helpful in cancelling the reservation without penalty due to my own error. My dad said he had a great stay there. I would recommend :)

Insuite jacuzzi worked great as did everything else in the room. Great price for a big room that had a bathroom update (big walk in shower) and jacuzzi. Room service only comes every 3 days unless otherwise requested so that was a little odd, but maybe that’s the norm now? Unfortunately, the pillows were AWFUL. Bring your own; same with the coffee (or go to Hash the Browns 5 minutes down the road) The server was odd and chatted too long with a friend before making our drinks but food came quickly once she put our order in. I recommend it for a quick stop on the way or for people working away. It’s a good price and clean enough, but not ideal for a romantic getaway.

The heat did not work and the room reeked of cigarettes. I couldnt stay. The beds were also hard as rock.

no hot tub

There was no hot tub even though hot tub was a filter I had selected. There is an old one in disrepair not being used currently.

Staff and room was great! Unfortunately this second time we stayed and pool and hot tub were both down….. which really made it boring for kids considering our weather was to terrible to go out to do stuff! Other that our stay was pretty good!

The air conditioning was not in service during our stay. The location of our room was very loud. I was informed upon checkout that we were staying close to workgroups who were staying at the same time. Our room was right over the door to the building and every morning at 6 am we were woken by the building door slamming in addition to our room shaking and vibrating. If we stay at this hotel again I will not be staying anywhere near the entrance door to the building.

The room stank like cigarette smoke. The place a dive. Could have stayed somewhere a lot nicer for the same price

I never used the hot tub. Parking was fine.
