1= parking Knew it was off site parking but did realize if was so far away Ticket I was given to get out of parking lot di not work 2- tourism asked person at front countrt where a tourist attraction was she did not know she looked iit up on her phone read me directions and said good luck 3 - room at night found toilet paper was not change and in morning found use soap in tub so really wondered if room waas really cleaned

The location is great for visiting the lock and Canadian Canoe Museum. Parking is very easy and close by. The staff were great and very helpful. The room was clean and next time I'll ask for a room with an exterior window for natural light. The room was spacious. There are a lot of options for eating very close by and also a good grocery store a few weeks ago. We'll definitely stay again on future visits to Peterborough.

Closer to work, well priced

No cable, fridge freezer jammed pack with ice, could not fit anything inside it. Water pressure poor, could not regulate the temperature either!! Everything is outdated!!

Really needs a lot of work. Non-functional thermostat, windows that don't open. Bed was fine and room was clean.

Totally I won't recommend this place. I paid $99 for one night but you can pay $150 and get a very clean place. Staff wasn't a good welcoming person and customer service is terrible. Breakfast is not fresh

Super sweet boutique hotel.....be nice in the winter if the fireplace worked....could use soap gel rather than soap for shower.....has everything you need. Though parking is a walk they have a drop off and pick up area when arriving and leaving.....would use again and highly recommend!

TV difficult to operate

The Indian girl work at front desk. She was so rude and arrogant. I stayed twice before this stay, and paid security charges with debit card. This time she said they only accept credit, and just because i don't carry credit card and there were no other solution, I asked her to let me talk with supervisor, she replied " you are being rude now , if you have any problem you can cancel your stay." Very disappointed and never expected that behaviour.

Quick stop in Ptboro on the way home from road trip. Price was right, staff was amazing. Hotel is a bit old/dated but very clean! Would stay again for sure 👌

Very clean pleasant room desk staff friendly helpful charming Parking available in covered area

It was walking distance to a lovely park, to the marina and outdoor concert venue! There were many restaurants to choose from for dinner. It was peaceful and quiet through the night. We enjoyed a complementary simple breakfast in the morning.

Overall a decent stay. The staff are very friendly. The bed was firm. Everything seemed clean. The breakfast was a little underwhelming - toast, cereal, and whatnot. It does kind of have a "past its prime feel" - If you're looking for a modern place with modern furnishings,

Room good size, nice comfy beds but bathroom could have had a bit more cleaning, overall stay was pleasant and a nice quick overnight stop before being on the rest of our journey. Nice location.

The location is downtown, just where I needed to be. Price was affordable. Breakfast was basic but all I really needed--good coffee. Parking is in a parking garage just down the street--no fuss.
