This hotel needs an upgrade badly

No room service (towels) for 4 days

Great location, friendly staff, quiet and spacious room, very good mattresses.

Nice room comfortable bed the only problem was the TV was not that good too small for distance from bed to tinny of sound

It was clean and staff were helpful. It's an old hotel with old furniture and decorations but functions ok. Breakfast could be improved all carbs except for bananas, apples and oranges. Some yogurt would have been welcome.

Yes the menu was fresh and good. But you can add two more item in your breakfast menu. 1. Boiled eggs 2. Pancake You can buy and install one pancake maker in the dining area which I saw in many hotels across Canada.

The room was not up to dated at all,old furniture and the fridge has not been defrosted for a while ,you couldn’t even put your ice pack in it !

The only unique thing about the room was what I did not like! Although the room was nice and comfortable it did not have a window to the out side and I found that disconcerting. However I would use the hotel again but in a different type of room

Good hotel for the price. Hall carpets are dated and old. Friendly staff.

The hotel is in need of a facelift, but the room we had was serviceable. However, the AC was noisy and made clicking noises when off. The building is in a very noisy area of the down town. It is located right across the street from an extremely noisy night club. We couldn't sleep because of it and left in the middle of the night. I would not recommend staying in this hotel if you want a comfortable stay. You would be better off booking a place away from the down town core. One bright spot was the day staff. He was very helpful and friendly.

Bathtub was full of scum. And the beds were like sleeping on cardboards. Very disappointed in hotel for the price.

Everything is always wonderful! Great staff all around, friendly, kind, nice, understanding. Just wonderful. A safe and fab place to stay! I highly recommend them!

Old but very decent, clean and well kept. Right downtown so that helps.

Staff was friendly, and room was quite comfy. If you stay here, be aware of the proximity to local nightclubs, which can get rowdy. Otherwise it was an excellent stay.

The room was clean and big. My only compliant was the scented products used to clean bedding and room. It was overwhelming at times for my husband and I.
