I had a really good experience, staff was really nice front desk most likely and people at restaurant but when I try to get into the hotel by the side door the gets to the street near the parking the person on the door was kind of rude , route was close because Erreyway were coming back front their concert and he didnt belive I was staying in the Hotel he was kind of racecist thats why I decide always to get in by the door the is near the round circle with the flags

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The option to speak English was not a problem. The hotel was close to safe communities and shopping centers. I am looking forward to coming back.

Beautiful hotel with a wonderful breakfast buffet. The rooms are very large and it was in a good location walkable to a ruin

Excellent place to stay……

The hotel should not let fans in to sit in the lobby and wait to see the artists. Some of them where at the lobby bar and spent but still stayed many hours waiting. The hotel should give priority to the guests that are paying a rate to stay in there

Everything was good. But the security of the hotel was letting in the fans of a music band that was staying there, who will enter and sit in the lobby and wait hours for them to come down. Some other fans would sit in the bar to drink one lemonade and spent there 5 to 10 hours. The staff should not let this since there was too many people in the lobby of the hotel generating a chaos. I was all the time being asked where I was going or what I was doing there and had to repeat multiple times I was a guest.
