This hotel is neat, clean and bright. The waiter is warm and generous. Breakfast is also very rich and delicious. The room is not too big but warm and comfortable.😁

The first 2 rooms they gave us were awful. Water leaking in the bathroom into the entryway in 1 and the ceiling falling down in the other. The 3rd room we stayed in, it was safe and clean but definitely needs sprucing up. No drain plugs in the sink or tub. Carpet filthy. Hallway carpet filthy, many areas looked to have water leaks recently. The lady that checked us in didn't know how to do it, called someone on the phone to get their passes. Breakfast was decent and fresh. Exposed electrical outlet tripping hazard near a couch in the lobby. The pictures look like they took it about 10 years ago compared to current condition. Quiet rooms. Excellent water pressure in the shower

The toilet had to be flushed 4 times in order for the water to go down and the light in the bathroom flickered a lot some drywall chipping behind the kitchenette wall

Staff was great just over worked. No food or coffee left at breakfast when I arrived at 9:30 AM. Everything else was good.

The rooms were clean but the hallways and elevator were dirty. The entrance was dirty and there was a homeless person sleeping on the couch at the entrance. However, the staff was friendly and efficient.

This was the worse IHG i’ve ever stayed at. The lock to our conjoined room was BROKEN as well as our shower! The shower didn’t turn on! The hotel smelled of weed and our room smelled wet. I called the desk and they let us know that there was no other room/accommodation they could give us but the man i spoke with on the phone at the front desk said he would let his manger know when they came in at 7am. We checked out this morning (8/10/2025) and i asked for a refund for our stay due to it being so bad and having all the issues. I asked to speak with a manage which i was then told there was no manager on sundays. I spoke with Tory, and she was super sweet but was only able to give us 50% off for one night which I don’t think is appropriate or acceptable for the situation we had. Will be calling on Monday to get a full refund. Terrible experience!

The fire alarm seems to go off early in the morning way more often than is acceptable.

Room door and bathroom door stick badly

The people were very friendly, the breakfast was hot and fresh. Our room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. We weren't impressed with the area surrounding the hotel as the parking was very tight, and limited spaces. The sitting area outside always had a lot of garbage scattered around the ground so that's not a very good first impression as you initially enter the building.

Parking was VERY limited, completely full as was few nearby spots. Had to park in a nearby business parking lot and walk in due to the small parking lot being completely full. Looks like the number of parking spots would be sufficient for one of the three floors. Other than that, it was a good place to crash for the night.

The hotel is older and showing signs of wear. It is very close to Brewer's games and the state fair, so convenient location. The gal that was taking care of the breakfast area was running her butt off to keep it stocked...they should have had someone from the front desk help her out during these busy times. She did great tho. Beds/pillows were comfortable. The shower drain was backed up, which is gross to be standing in backed up water. Nothing special or any extra frills...just an ok hotel to stay in.
