Very good experience to stay. The room clean and big enough. With basement car park to make to feel my car safe to park. The washroom with show gel / shampoo & conditioner. The showhead was adjustable and water pressure strong enough. And there are also very impressive idea. Never see it in other hotel. A small night light in washroom. Breakfast with a lot options too.but the house keeper opened our door and come to clean up the room directly before we check out. This must be improve.

room including parking, location close to downtown, about 12 mins drive.

酒店是剛翻新，非常舒適，健身房器材種類很多，有標準級水準，還有窦內小泳池，地點不是市中心，但步行二十份鐘有一中型商場，去重要景點如自駕都是十五分鐘內。有免費停車場和免費早餐，質素也不錯，前枱服務員十分熱誠和親切，整體很好。

Elevator issues, very long waits, stairs were the only option. Room was set at 24 Deg. Set thermostat to 18 deg but held at 24 deg. Way too hot. we given a accessibility room even though thats not what we booked, these rooms are not as nice. Not enough seating for breakfast. Second time I have stayed at this hotel issues are the same. Staff were friendly.

便利なロケーションの割には良心的な価格だったと思う。駐車場はシャッター付きの地下で寒くない。朝食は確かに充実しており、ロビーには常にコーヒー・紅茶がある。

Très belle et grande chambre, le personnel très gentil . Pour le déjeuner j'aurais aimé de vrais œufs , par contre.

Great friendly service. So nice to see staff genuinely happy! Room and all areas super clean. Great hot buffet breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay.

Clean room

Easy check-in and very friendly staff. Underground parking is a huge bonus especially since its free. Room was spacious and very clean. Kinds enjoyed the pool, water was not too cold. Free breakfast was good, plenty of variety and fresh coffee and tea is available all the time. Only small inconveniences are the elevators during busy times (but not too bad) and the breakfast area gets a little too packed but we always managed to find a table. Overall a great and pleasant stay.
