Downtown Philadelphia has a homeless problem

We were not happy the bathroom could have bin cleaned

Very comfortable bed and great food.

The Room Service leaves much to be desired. Wrong order, could not deliver 2 orders to the same room, wrong billing, did not complete order accurately. Stopped ordering from them and went outside!!!

It’s a beautiful hotel and the service was great, specially, Thelma, she was so kind.

For autograph collection I expected better condition of the property.

The hotel is beautiful and clean, staff great but when yo check in, we were told we 'can' take our own suitcases, and when we asked is anybody going to help with suitcases, they showed us the cart that we can use that, so other than that everything was good

This hotel was great. I wish where you pull your vehicle into for valet was bigger but other than that it is wonderful. Beautiful design and amazing staff. Convenient walk or short cab ride to anything.

The location of The Notary is excellent and convenient. The staff was mostly excellent; the only exception being the valet was somewhat rude to my husband when we checked out. Unfortunate since we are normally excellent tippers. The coffee maker in the room didn't work very well but we just got our coffee downstairs at the wonderful coffee shop. The bar was great and had friendly bartenders. The restaurant was decent. The staff was super helpful with local info and how to get around.

The architecture was nice, especially on the east entrance headed towards Reading Terminal Market. The place on the whole could use a refresh, busted lamp shade, grooves in the coffee table, stain on the couch.

This hotel was right in the middle of downtown so we could walk everywhere! The rooms were nice and the vibe of the hotel was really cool. Valet was only parking option but expensive. We found a lot around the corner for less.

Our family had a wonderful time at the notary! All the staff were kind and super helpful. We would definitely recommend this property for families who want family friendly walkable options nearby. We will definitely be returning!

Tub was slippery for showering, with no bath mat available.

Really nice experience

Not a great hotel. Confusing breakfast that was not good (had an English Muffin from the bar -- muffin was very sweet for an English Muffin and butter was very cold which was a pain and not necessary, the only add in for the coffee was cream nothing else was out). The front door weighs a ton and there is no doorman and no luggage carriages outside so it is a constant slog to get things to the room. But no one offered to help so that's great.
