It was a fairly okay stay, but no better than that. We arrived late and left quite early, so we didn't get a chance to use the facilities. The room was reasonably clean although the basin had a crack in it. The shower curtain seemed to be annoyingly clingy. The shower gel bottle pump didn't work. But overall it was ok. Biggest gripe was that the beds were very firm and I really didn't sleep that well.
Breakfast was good, but at £15 a head, it wasn't good value.
Charging £8 for parking was a little cheeky given there was no other option available.
To be honest, I would probably stay at the Premier Inn down the road if I had to stay in the area again.
