離車站走路約8-10分鐘，路程需上下橋，不建議拖大行李箱。櫃檯員工親切，check in完有專人幫提行李並帶領到房間。有送一人一杯飲料bar的飲品。房間大小還行，整體整齊乾淨，但剛入房時有一股蠻重的消毒水味道。

離水上巴士站很近, 但仍然要過2個小橋才會到. 飯店人員相當親切, 早餐非常美味多元. 缺點只有房間坪數偏小. 床鋪舒適整潔.

酒店的位置非常棒！從飛機場坐巴士直達威尼斯，下車後走路，就可以到達酒店（過橋時，要上下樓梯。） 到主要景點，最遠步行45分鐘就可以到（聖馬可廣場），附近有河邊餐廳供選擇。

離火車站及碼頭很近，坐火車跟船都方便，但離最熱鬧的聖馬可廣場頗遠，走路至少要30-40min，床跟枕頭很舒服很好睡，廁所水壓水溫都很夠，暖氣強，櫃臺很親切，早餐有滿滿的起司/麵包/火腿/水果/飲料，熱食有歐姆蛋跟培根熱狗，每人送一杯迎賓飲料，很有心！飲料不馬呼！

Very ordinary and boring stay. Staff are really lack of passion.

The frontdesk in the morning are very friendly! We stayed for two nights. The first day's room has too much stairs it's very hard for us with 3 heavy luggages. And also there's a light broken.(look more older than online pictures) The second day we have been upgraded and changed room in the morning. Thanks you do this for make up for us. Next time we will choose here too.

12點左右到達已可入住 唯一缺點是火車站過來要經2條橋 都沒有斜路 只有階梯 拖大行李搬得幾吃力 房間幾好 標準的沒有河景可惜

The hotel is close to the Venezia S. Lucia Station within 5-10 mins. The staff were helpful and help us to carry our luggage to the room. The room is big and clean, the price was low. I would stay at here again and suggest my friends to stay here.

The location is excellent just right next to P. Roma. Airport limousine stops and ferries are within 2 minutes walking distance. And also very close to People Mover and shuttle bus which took us to a big shopping outlet.

離巴士站滿近的，只需過一座橋。乘坐水上巴士也還算方便。飯店本身很有歷史，有電梯，不過房間樓層可能還需要走幾層階梯才能到。但有飯店員工會幫忙運送行李，不是什麼問題。早餐算是滿豐盛的！

Loved this property and location

Our rooms were spectacularly clean and close to the train station. Breakfast was super yummy and we received two bottles of Prosecco with our rooms.

I will definitely go back to this property. Staff were excellent. Breakfast (included) was outstanding. Rooms were the best you can find in Europe, and this was not my first rodeo in Europe. Thank-you, Thank-you for an outstanding experience. Please note I do not work for Best Western. I was just very impressed.
