Very dark, outdated hotel. Room, bathroom are tiny. Towels grey color and ripped. Will not be back

Such amazing staff, I lost my wallet on the way to our hotel and the hotel concierge was so kind and calmed me down and called and helped retrieve it for me. Eternally grateful for her! The hotel itself is also nice, perfect location and very comfortable bed!

Love the vibe and ambiance of this property. Lively and plenty to do without leaving. Convenient to walk to soho and west village. Gotta see the Ghostbusters fire station a couple min walk away.

This was our second time here. We love it! They really invested in retro decoration throughout the hotel. Staff are super friendly and professional. Great live music every night and the food is great.

Staff are incredibly rude. As soon as I arrived, I knew it was not for me (very dark, loud and not what you would expect at this price). I cancelled the rest of my stay. Upon leaving, I noticed I left an item in the room, called back a few hours later, and they claimed 'nothing had been turned in'. I know for a fact that I left this item in the room and housekeeping either stole it, or threw it away. Total regret. Avoid this place
