Room is nice, clean, and spacious. Staff was pleasant and welcoming. Lobby was clean and not cluttered.

Nice hotel with a good breakfast. Not easy to find from highway.

Checking in was great, the room was clean. Had a slight musty smell but it’s an older place so not out of the ordinary. Beds were comfortable, AC seemed like it was struggling to keep the room cool.

The lady at check in was a lil frazzled otherwise nice location lots of good places to eat within walking distance. The hotel is older but very clean.

The hotel has two floors only and does not have an elevator. This maybe understandable however if you are traveling with luggage it is a difficult maneuver. The carpet stinks at mildewed. It is an ok place to stay if you are flying early out Springfield.

It was good but you had to ask together room cleaned. But they did not let you know, like put something in the room to let you know that they don't just come and clean. Breakfast should be till 10am every day not just weekends.

The only negative I have is there is no elevator. I wish I had known this--full disclosure it is probably posted and I missed it--but, having knee issues, it wasn't the easiest climb. But, the hotel itself was extremely clean & in a great area!

The room was clean and decent size for a one night stay with one person. This trip was for business and I was only in the room a handful of hours (besides sleeping).

Easy to get to off Highway. Quiet, at culdesac so not a lot of traffic. Nice area to walk with dog.

Property needs updating. Our room smelled like mold. The refrigerator was dirty. There was trash left in one of the drawers. The night clerk was grumpy.

Hotel is okay. Employees were friendly and polite. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the General Manager / Manager on Duty. In a word.... Rude!

Our bed was very comfortable and we all loved hot tub very clean and temperature was perfect.

Very close to the highway, but quiet. Some walkable restaurants. Plenty of parking. Indoor pool. Laundry.
