酒店把我们的订单遗忘了，当我们到达时，只能给我们一间房间，经过两个多小时的折腾，最后终于搞定，让我们的乡村之行整个不完美的开端。其他都很好，设备、早餐、价格、位置都很好。

An amazingly lovely hotel. Quaint and cozy yet the room was spacious. Breakfast was included and was very good and FREE PARKING on site!! I fully recommend and would definitely stay there again

The staff were excellent and very helpful. It has a good car park. We were in room 3 and could hear someone walking around at 4.30 in the morning, which did disturb our sleep. Better to pick a room in the wings I think.

Room facing courtyard spacious and quiet. Room facing street in older part of inn was noisier with an old fireplace and slanted floors. Good beds. Good breakfast with many choices. Excellent location. They advertise free parking in back but it was always full. We enjoyed the cozy bar and excellent restaurant. Small team of hard working staff.

Excellent hotel. Comfortable room and beddings. Good car parking. Breakfast also excellent. Excellent hot choices. Lot of cold variety also. Staff very helpful. Overall highly recommended.

I last stayed here in 2016 and sadly it has since got a bit tired. Public areas, stair wells etc could do with some TLC and like so many hotels staffing seems stretched. Room 8 was uncomfortably warm even with the windows open and floor fan on. The Spa facility is at another establishment and attracts a £10pp fee so photos are rather misleading. Restaurant was very good with excellent staff. On site parking was limited and pretty tight but managed to find a space. Overall I enjoyed my stay, staff were friendly and did their best but some investment is needed to lift the Noel Arms back to its former glory

While I appreciate this is a historic and therefore old property, which is what attracted us to book, the building could do with some tlc. The outside of the building windows looked dreadful and need repainting, particularly back of the building overlooking the car park. The inside walls up the stairs and in corridors need painting. It needs a refresh as it is looking tired inside. Having said that we enjoyed our stay and had a very good time. We would stay again.

The Noel Arms Hotel was very comfortable, and the staff were so kind to me. A lady at the front desk helped me many times. When I had trouble, she understood my English and spoke to me slowly. Thanks to her, I felt safe and relaxed during my stay. I truly enjoyed my time here.

The room was larger than I imagined it would be. All the staff were very professional. The food was delicious.

The room was comfortable, though not well equipped with regard to a hairdryer plug near a mirror!. Staff lovely would use afain

Room was clean, bus top across the street, nice staff. The breakfast portion was small and could have been fresher.

We payed £200 a night for B+B and the room we were given room 5 wasn't up to standard. It felt damp had paint flaking off a shower with no adjustment, if you were 6 food you have to bend down to get under and the bathroom door would not close. If you open one wardrobe door they all came open, The food was ok on our first night and very nice on our second but over all the hotel needs a big refurbishment and certainly not worth the price we paid.

Basic room we were in room 14 which was quite noisy throughout the night with a fan outside continuously blowing didn’t get a very good nights sleep breakfast was good staff very friendly

Hotel is really nice, clean, in a great location. Rooms are spacious, bed was really comfy although pillows were quite hard. The hotel is a little tired in places but pretty good overall. Breakfast was good but wasn’t overly prepared for a lot of people turning up at once so became a bit frantic. Some of the breakfast was cold a couple of times purely because of the waiting times. Staff were really friendly and the bar was well stocked. Parking can be a bit tricky at times. Overall, very happy.

Wow, what a fabulous weekend. Such friendly staff who made our break memorable, special shout out to Tia and the manager (who both work non stop to ensure you enjoy your stay) and the lovely, friendly lady at breakfast. So sorry we didn’t get all names. Nothing is too much trouble. We ate at the hotel for dinner and lunch and the presentation and food is exceptional. Room was lovely, much more spacious than expected and quiet. Enjoyed the spa at the sister hotel and a very relaxing treatment. Already planning our return. Thank you.
