服務人員不錯，環境清潔很好，房內設備與餐具都很齊全。靠近機場一側房間較吵。我次日換房櫃檯馬上給我新的房間，但是與房務人員們溝通好，竟然房務人員突然開門闖入我房間！她大叫一聲沒說抱歉就關門離去。這也不怪她，但是管理方式要加強。

Nice overnight stay for travel

Very clean and quiet. Close to the airport. Only issue was a weird scent, that can be because the building is old.

shuttle to airport was extremely limited. It was the main reason that I booked this place and ended up having to Uber to DFW as shuttle was full.

Quick overnight due to cancelled flight. Hallway to room was kinda motel like. Smelled a bit. The room wasn't bad for the rate. Clean. Bed kinda soft and the room design wasn't bad at all based on the hallway getting to it. Pria at front desk was sweet. Free laundry and the gym was actually better than the one at the hotel I stayed at that week. So, a quick stay--cool. I ordered food from an Italian spot (Politano) that delivered, left the food at the door and was surprisingly not bad at all!!!!

It was nice. Everything clean. Customer service was pleasant. The only problem I had was other loud patrons of the hotel with their kids slamming the doors, talking loud, kept coming in the hallway, doing what who knows. That’s the only thing. Room was nice, service was nice.

Only learned after booking that hotel shuttle from airport would be 30-40 minutes. Shuttle driver drove dangerously fast on return trip to airport. Rail/Airport tram route is along the rear-facing rooms and is noisy and runs frequently. Grout was missing from floor tiles in bathroom and tiles were loose and were sticking up about a quarter inch with exposed edges.

Two frustrations: couldn't get them on the phone while I was at the airport to inquire about a shuttle (that is the advertised procedure) and it was a fairly annoying that shuttle space is limited going to the airport and you have to sign up ahead of time- a process that was not advertised. By the time I got checked in there were no more shuttle spaces.This meant I had a cab ride there and a Lyft ride back to the airport. I was already there because my flight had been cancelled and in addition to the unexpected expense of a hotel stay I had another one tagged on to go 3 miles each direction.

hotel was great the Shuttle service was horrible. Driver was doing over 80. jerking vehicle on turns. absolutely unprofessional

Great stay

We missed our connecting flight and had to stay over. The hotel is close to the airport but our room was very musty smelling. The shampoo dispenser didn’t work and the towels felt like sandpaper. Check in seemed to take forever a d the guy was not friendly.

The staff were helpful and friendly. I appreciated the staff member moved me from my first room where the AC didn't work to another room. I was grateful

The desk personnel were totally professional & did everything in their power to accommodate me, unfortunately, upon arrival for what would amount to a four hour stay to shower and sleep before flying out for a connecting flight, I was given two separate rooms, neither which had a functioning AC unit. I was forced to cancel my reservation and take an Uber to a second location. Also, the first room provided to me had several used water bottles in the garbage can.

Very convenient for a stop over while traveling through the DFW airport

Very clean and quiet. I was able to walk and find a bite to eat, not very far away. Lots of delivery options in the lobby. Top notch shuttle service! Driver was fantastic and friendly! Comfy and cozy bed.

Would stay again

The only improvement I would suggest is the comfort of the bed and there is no hot breakfast offered.

This is not a standard Candlewood hotel it is definitely privately owned. No breakfast, shower curtain cut short water spilled out everywhere and sheets were stained. I had to have room changed 3 times. The elevator broke as soon as I checked in & I was on 3rd floor. The only good thing was the location was 5 mins from the airport.
