The hotel was very accommodating and it was clean. The hotel staff was great!

Cristy was very welcoming and made me feel at home. She called me in my room after I checked in to make sure everything was ok. She is a shining star. I did find the dining area to be very dark and the menu very limited. But overall, a great stay.

I had to cancel due to a family emergency. I know it was a couple hours before check-in, but I had to go the other direction on the road. You would cancel it. But would not give me my refund. I will never use your app again emergencies happened.

We arrived at 11:30 PM after a long drive to learn that the hotel was oversold and that no rooms were available for us. The front desk clerk who was clearly frustrated called a couple of close by Marriott properties but they only had King rooms. We were looking for a room with 2 queens. Fortunately, the Hampton Inn next door had room available and we had a terrific stay there. Friendly and professional staff, comfortable rooms, and an excellent breakfast. I’ve stayed at many a Marriott before and this had never happened. Do better.

I would have rated the property as very good for if not for the strong smell of marijuana smoking on our floor (3). Totally unacceptable for a non smoking establishment. Owners should put a stop to it. Bad for reputation bad for the Courtyard brand.

Overall decent. Does not have free breakfast buffet, other than that good stay. Staff Christie was very sweet and helpful.
