If you are traveling for business this is not the place. Rooms are massive, but old and dilapidated. I had a strong drain smell also in the bathroom. Late check-in and early departures for business is a disaster. No after hours room service, despite saying so on the website. No gym. No early coffee/breakfast. Avoid.

This is such a wonderful guesthouse - with spacious rooms, efficient, polite and friendly staff, and great food. Very well located as well. Love staying there whenever I am in Johannesburg.

Lovely stay at 10 Bompas - the rooms are large spacious suites with separate lounge area. Very clean and great attention to detail. Lovely big shower/steam room. Restaurant and food were very nice. Four us hung out here all day whilst waiting for a safari to start the next day and it was perfectly chilled so didn’t need to leave.

It was a great place to unwind and relax. Request for early check was granted and the staff were excellent. Sadly, couldn't drink the wine, which was a nice touch. Will definitely return
