Clean, comfortable and close to many restaurants

We enjoyed our stay at the Marriot Kingston! The room was clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful. Would stay again.

Beautiful hotel. Unfortunately we got a room that had some noise from the nearby kitchen fan but front desk team was very helpful, especially Alwin, in getting us a quieter room. He also offered access to the buffet breakfast for the inconvenience. Unfortunately the breakfast was not very good. Lobby was beautiful and rooms were updated which was great.

Location

The hotel is in an amazing location It’s a brand new building, and very aesthetically pleasing. The gym facility is on point. The only thing that was clear was whether there was daily housekeeping.

Check-in and check-out were fast. Paying for internet if you are not a Marriott member is not good. Who pays for internet in a hotel in 2026? The front desk enrolled me in the membership and reversed the charges upon check-out.

Hotel location was great, brewery, great restaurants and waterfront nearby. Room was clean. Fan and AC compressor was very loud went off every 20-30 minutes. We got barely any sleep.

The property is well maintained and very clean. The staff are great. The problem was we had a connecting room and the walls are so thin and no isolation whatsoever. unfortunately people on the other side of the door were very rude. I had to call front desk twice since we could hear spanking, talking, moaning, crying, singing and literally everything from the other side. I was travelling with two kids under the age of 12. It was such a trauma for them. The guy was so rude and impolite even with the staff when they warned them of the noise.

I stayed in an executive king room with a balcony. The hotel was within walking distance to many restaurants and places to see. The hotel was very clean and I felt very safe in downtown Kingston. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
