If you are looking for inexpensive place to stay, this is not a bad choice which is relatively close to everything including if you wanted to have a quick visit across the border. This place could do much better, if they can only put an extra effort to make this place cleaner and fix some areas that extra attention, they will attract more people to rebook with them. Staff are very pleasant and surprisingly helpful in some areas.

I wouldn’t recommend my dogs to stay in this place, very dirty look like they don’t wash the sheets, the toilet paper holder was rusted and broken almost rip my fingers, the breakfast was nothing but garbage, and I can’t even imagine how they would treat their customers do mean!!!!!

Bug in room….very outdated…needs more for breakfast….sounder doors….we were awaken at 4am from the very strong smell of marijuana….

The room was very reasonably priced and clean. Facilities are older but in reasonable condition. Some cosmetic fixes could be done but overall, good place.

No water supply. This impacts (a) no water in sink, (b) can't flush toilet, and (c) no breakfast. Of them, (b) is not acceptable. It might be outside hotel control for no water supply, but you can try to do something under your control. For example, telling people where's the nearest washroom, distribute water bottles / jars, or give partial refunds.

Our overall experience was not good. The first morning we woke up, therebwas no water. Went downstairs to speak to the front desk and was told to go across the street to another hotel to use the washroom. When the water came back that day we couldn't use it since it was brown water. They did ofger $40 for compensation, i managed to get them up to $50. The ne t day the juice despenser only gave water at breakfast. We went out and came back around noon to a room with no towels. I asked the cleaning staff for towels and was told there are no clean one but he could give me a used one although there might be stains on it. The sofa in the room was in desperate need of replacement, when you sit on it there was a board across the front that your legs would rest on. Coming into the hotel at night the front lobby area smelt like bad B.O. I would not recommend this hotel.

The entire hotel had no water for about 9 hours, this meant no flushable toilets. I reported the issue and they should have immediately called an emergency city hotline, emergency plumber, and called for emergency portta potties etc. they did nothing. The hotel lied and told different stories of what happened and the plumber confirmed the issue with me in the morning and his story wasn’t the same as the hotels version. The hotel compensated an entire night for some people but not everyone and that is wrong!!! Everyone should have been compensated. We had to go to McDonalds i. The middle of the night to use the bathroom and again first thing in the morning. I can live without a shower but a flushing toilet with 4 people in your room is a necessity and this was a major inconvenience. It is unacceptable how the hotel manager handled the situation.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Immediately helped us get into the room when I locked the key inside. This hotel was quiet & felt safe and secure. The area was convenient and short drive/ walking distance to what we needed. There was a city issue with water, but the staff were kind and did what they could to help. Resolved as quickly as they were able. Rooms are fine. The mattresses were very comfortable. Extra shampoos and soaps supplied on request. Friendly atmosphere - allowed us to visit as a group in the foyer. Would return.

Very outdated and not upgraded at all!! Needs some serious TLC!!

Good hotel for the price, nice breakfast and coffee.

My experience at this hotel was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. From the moment I arrived, the place had a strong, foul odor. The facilities were dirty, the bed sheets were stained, and the pillows were in deplorable condition. All of this shows a complete lack of hygiene and care for the guests. The room was so filthy and disgusting that we could not stay. We left immediately because the odor and the overall condition were unbearable. I consider this place far below the minimum standards expected from any accommodation. I absolutely do not recommend it under any circumstances, and I hope immediate action is taken to improve these shameful conditions.
