首先，這家酒店的服務很好，英語不錯.，還提供上網及車票,加上酒店很乾淨，而且設備充足包括水煲 可以弄熱水和熱茶咖啡 還有WIFI 廁所也很清潔，早餐一流 有很多不同選擇腸,包,三文魚,炒蛋等..酒店地點很好..10分鐘可走到市政廳

The room was perfect. Comfortable bed for 3 nights. The staff were amazing and the complimentary 3 day pass for transit was a great surprise. Would recommend this hotel.

Das Zimmer was sehr einfach. Etwas klein und nicht das hübscheste, aber es war ja nur zum Übernachten gedacht. Was mich sehr gestört hat war, dass die Klimaanlage nicht ging. Es hing zwar ein kleines Kästchen an der Wand, über die man die Anlage steuer konnte, und es zeigte auch 20 Grad an, aber als ich den Regler runterdrehte auf 18 Grad, hat sich nichts getan. Die Nacht war in dem kleinen Zimmer so extrem heiß. Ich sah auch ein kleines Schloss auf dem Display. Das heißt wohl das man selber das nicht einstellen kann. Das Personal war super nett und freundlich. Ich konnte meine Reisetasche nach dem Auschecken noch Lagern und nach meinem Auflug in die Miniaturwelt wieder abholen. Das war sehr praktisch. An der Bar der nette Mann, war auch immer sehr aufmerksam.

The staff is very friendly and we felt welcomed. They were a lot of eating option within the hotel and around the hotel. It is also by some good running routes, public transportation, and the bike races ❤️

Mattress was quite hard and the bathroom had an uncomfortable smell in the evening. Also the A/C display on the wall doesn’t seem to work. But other than that very comfortable stay and the location is great. Staff were very kind and helpful, too.

Wir waren mit unserem Zimmer sehr zufrieden. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren gut von Unserem Unterkunft erreichbar.

Very nice service and rooms considering we book late on busy weekend and to a reasonable price as well. Also I forget a lot of money in the safe deposit box, which after a phone call was found and put in the mail for me. I was very pleased to see there is some people with their moral in the right place.

Despite the gym being out of order during my stay, I had a great experience at this hotel thanks to the exceptional customer service. M. Avetisyan at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Her warm attitude and professionalism truly made a difference.

Tolle Unterhaltung für Hotelgäste und sehr Zentral.

Beliggenhed ift sights og værelset var fint. Der er dårlig parkeringsforhold og en lang gåtur fra evt p-område. Vi havde værelse ud mod gaden, hvor der var megen trafik, ambulancekørsel, dytten og høj musik. Så kan ikke anbefale stedet hvis man ønsker fred og ro om natten.

Fint værelse. Lækkert morgenmad. Dejligt centralt. Og fedt med et kort til transport.

Dejligt lille og hyggeligt hotel - centralt beliggende i Hamborg. Levede mere end op til mine forventninger - kan absolut anbefales

Fint hotel til prisen, beliggenheden var super til shopping. V i havde ikke morgenmad med. Der er en fin café 50 meter nede af gaden, hvor vi fik morgenmad til under 1/2 pris af hotellets.

Very nice hotel and convenient, right next to train stations, lake and shops, plus bars and restaurants. Some construction was happening at the hotel while I stayed, meaning it was quite loud at times. But it wasn’t very detrimental to my experience. I would strongly recommend staying here
