Service here is exemplary. We love staying in Peninsula because all staff are so courteous and accommodating. The lobby is also a great place to have dinner with given the ambiance. Definitely worth going back to.

Got my room 6PM. I understand the hotel was full but check-in time is 2PM. Nothing offered other than late check-out. Definitely not five star.

We had a great stay. Peninsula is one of the best hotels in the metro.

Breakfast was delicious! Superb! Staffs are helpful and kind.

The pillows and bedding is awesome. Room service food is overpriced but bad quality. We ordered pasta and arrived dry. They obliged to replace but we were very hungry and when it arrived, we lost our appetite so we weren't able to finish the food. We ordered “flatbread margerita” and tasted like 100 peso frozen pizza. We wouldn't mind paying for more but with the price, We were expecting a high quality food prepared as we ordered. Cream of the carbonara pasta tasted like the grocery bought Nestlé cream. Ordered room service several times to test, quality of food was not really good. Toiletries provided were very basic. Toilet flush not working. Key didn't work twice. (Our room was at the far end of the alley. We were too tired to walk back and go down the elevator so we called the concierge using the phone on the floor lobby. They arrived after 15 minutes. Courteous and helpful employees. My only main disappointment was the food.
