The property was nice in appearance and very conveniently located close to many restaurants, shops and the beach. The only con is that the room had a continuous musty smell as if was wet lately and not properly cleaned/aired out to make sure it was completely dry.

I loved the location of this hotel. Havign a restaurant next door was very convinient. The hotel room wasnt very clean though. It smelled musty and their looked to be mold all over a section of the ceiling. The breakfast was also terrible as everything was out, even with going at 7am when it opened. Having such a larger hotel, doing make your own waffles, causes so much back up and frustration with people, especially when people dont know how to do it. The staff was pretty friendly though.

Was a good trip. Just wish when hotels had reserve now pay later they would up hold to that. Also they require a 100 dollar hold that hotels.com didn’t say so we were smacked with fees when we got there

Conveniently located near Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches. Most of the staff we dealt with were helpful and pleasant. Hotel could use some updating. Lots of nicks in walls and paint. The ceiling in our room had a big black mark. The bathroom was a bit of a mess. The shower had a glass door that did not move and only covered half of the shower, which meant that water was constantly splashing out onto the floor. We had to keep asking for towels every day because we had to clean up the water on the floor with our towels after every shower. The opening for the shower is also by the toilet, so you had to maneuver around it to get in and out of the shower. The vent fan cover was falling out of the ceiling. There were no towel racks to hang towels except for one hook on the back of the bathroom door. We paid for the convenience of being near the beach and were happy that the room was pretty clean, but the rooms weren't really worth the price.

The property was clan and spacious. The rooms resembles the photos and the staff was very nice.

This hotel had a decent staff and casual atmosphere for families. I think they need to update the carpet in rooms to a tile or hardwood for cleaner stay as well as upgrade bathroom. The shower made awful sounds. It was a convenient place to stay within the be h around. Thw price if this hotel shouldn't have been as much for what you received.

Property location good, but appeared to be black mold on ceiling tile by elevator. Room smelled moldy as well with many cosmetic blemishes.

Staff was really friendly. John did a great job in the breakfast area. Front desk and cleaning staff were nice as well!

We were on the fourth floor. Kids were screaming and running up and down the hallway. I was about to call then it stopped. We went to bed and it started up again!

Property seemed to be updated recently. However there are few drawbacks. Bathroom has toilet holder on far left that makes it very inconvenient for most people. Shower has partial glass wall that makes water accumulate on the floor and aslo presents a major hazard if someone heavy leans on it.It is better and cheaper to install regular curtain. Parking at night is challenging. If you come late most spaces are taken. Entrance/exit line is not clearly marked. Entrance is narrrow and it is not clear whether it coul be and exit or not.Room seems to have a high humidity level that even a slightly wet cloth from the beach was not able to dry overnight. Property has only one cargo elevator that presents extra waiting time especially during check out. Shortage of luggage carts has been noticed during check out.

we don't like the front desk the way the greeting . They are not friendly. We like the old guys in the breakfast area how he helps people and making a waffle. He is very nice guy

It was a decent hotel Price to value was way off. Was not worth the price we paid Staff was friendly Room was clean Location was ok for what we needed it for They should rethink their breakfast area - you couldn't get in there were so many people

Carpet was ripped, toilet seat not cleaned, we had an electric fire in the room starting and they did nothing for over 12 hours

The hotel was perfect for our needs. Our floor got a little loud in the evenings. I did not complain, we just turned on the tv to drown them out. We will definitely stay here again. It’s close to the beach and there are several side roads to keep you out of traffic.

Location super convenient with an easy walk to Dewey beach. Breakfast was great with eggs potatoes and meat in addition to the usual cereal and yogurt options. Walls super thin so noise definitely an issue. Beds were comfortable, ac worked well and decent sized room for the price point.

It could be great, but the hall ways were too cold.It was 68 degrees, to cold. If they put the temperture at 72. It would be perfect.

I wish there were more breakfast options. Otherwise, the service and time there was great!

The hotel was extremely clean and our 2 queen bed room was very large and bathroom was nice, upgraded, clean and the room service was so accommodating and fast if we needed anything. 5 stars all the way.

Nothing is dirty or anything that I dislike it was clean And organized
