Great location, close to many restaurants and shopping. Also quite easy to get on local highways pretty quickly. Did not eat breakfast at all cause it’s your typical hotel breakfast with fake eggs. Rooms definitely show their age.

Thank you. This hotel gave me the worst experience ever. I had my business expenses stolen from my laptop bag. I checked out early in the morning with a colleague. I asked about a refund because I was checking out three days early, but they said no, so I started moving on to my next schedule. About an hour later, I realized I'd left my laptop bag behind, so I went back to get it. Until then, I was incredibly grateful. When I received my bag back and checked its contents, I discovered the envelope containing the company travel expenses was missing. I went back to ask the staff, but the staff member who helped me check out and kept my bag repeatedly denied knowing anything. I couldn't understand how the money could have gone missing after only two hours. I'm certain the hotel staff searched my bag. The zipper wasn't where I usually put it. I stayed at the hotel for over two weeks and was satisfied, but ultimately, I was deeply shocked by the worst experience I've ever had, and the lack of ethics and integrity among American hotel staff. How can a customer search a bag they accidentally left behind? I wanted to report it to the police, but my next appointment was so tight that I didn't have time to report it or complain about losing my money. I was a foreigner, my next appointment was urgent, and I was so angry. I'll never forget the face of the employee who kept repeating, "I don't know."

I would have given this property 5 stars if it was just about the staff!! The staff at this hotel are excellent. They always have a smile and a greeting and go above and beyond to help in whatever way you need. Stephen and Tanya are so welcoming every morning at breakfast and are so helpful and kind. Unfortunately, we dealt with a bit of a bug problem and found ourselves killing quit a few cockroaches and earwigs during our stay, which was not nice. The good at breakfast was more than adequate and the room was mostly comfortable. The pool area could have been better with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Overall, I would stay here again because the staff is so amazon.

Downtown location provided easy access to dining options. Breakfast was good

Hotel was musty smelling, bathtub faucet dripped all night, heat was super noisy and could hear everything from the neighboring room and bathroom. Would not stay here again.

The staff was very friendly at every turn. Easy parking and a good location. The Residence Inn is lacking in maintenance however because the common areas had a funny smell. The carpet should be replaced, our bathroom sink had a slow drain and the toilet needed attention. The bedding was clean and very comfortable and the room was decent for an overnight stay but the hotel needs a lot more maintenance and attention to earn more stars.

The check in was efficient, very friendly and welcoming staff. Very clean room and comfy bed! Breakfast had options and was tasty!
