Excellent location, great rooms and always stay when I’m in Bilbao

Temizlik yetersiz, banyo çok eski, ısıtma yetersiz ve çok sesli çalışıyor.

Jättebra läge precis vid gamla stan. Enkelt att promenera till många av de centrala sevärdheterna. Vill man ha helt tyst på rummet så ligger hotellet väldigt nära en lite större väg men var inget som störde oss. Vi fick bra bemötande av personal och var väldigt nöjda

La habitacion estaba muy limpia, lo peor es que al estar junto a la carretera

The room was very nice. However the doors are not soft close so it was very loud at times & echoing. It would have been nice to have coffee & tea available in the room The staff were neutral - not very friendly

Great location near to bus stops, metro and tram. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room had great view of theatre and river and was very clean with good facilities.

Chambre grande et confortable mais desuet, hotel vieillissant. Chambre tres mal insonorisée de la rue et des autres chambres. plus lumiere du couloir toujours allumée et visible par la porte dans la chambre. petit dejeuner bien.

Mycket bra läge men slitet hotel, åtminstone vårt rum.

Ottimo hotel, situato in zona casco viejo con ristoranti e negozietti a pochissimi metri. Stanza grande e spaziosa per 3 persone. Colazione buona e varia. Personale gentile. Comodo anche per i mezzi, noi abbiamo utilizzato il bus turistico che ha una fermata proprio davanti all' hotel. A piedi, percorrendo il lungofiume, si raggiunge con una passeggiata il museo guggenheim e anche altre attrazioni come la funicolare. Ci tornerei.

A equipe é muito atenciosa, mas o quarto, apesar da cama boa, era muito pequeno e despojado, sem nenhum aconchego!
