We arrived very late to our hotel, and the staff were very accommodating. We were able to arrange to pick up our key cards when we arrived around 1 am, and they even offered us a late checkout time as a result. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was very convenient for us after we attended a wedding across the river at the Badlands Community Facility.

No issues. There eating area for the breakfast was small they should have boiled eggs. Other then that the stay was very good. Staff friendly. Easy location to get to everything.

Check in was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable (the air-conditioning worked well). The kids loved the automatic pancake maker at the continental breakfast.

Our room was right by the picnic tables and the group at the tables were still have loud conversations after midnight, might be nice to have a quiet time intiatitive.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great Continental breakfast! The only negative feedback is that our room was not cleaned during our stay. This included the garbage cans, fresh towels and bedding, as well as vacuumed floor. Other than that It was a great experience and we would love to come back again.

The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable. Very clean throughout. The best part was the view and the quietness. I also liked the access to a bike trail for a walk behind the hotel. 2 restaurants in the same area and a liquor store. Best value for your money for accommodation in Drumheller.The breakfast included was fine. My husband did not. like having to eat outside for it.

The hotel needs to be refurbished but the beds were comfortable and clean. The shower was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Things were a bit dated. AC worked well and the beds were comfortable but the breakfast needs a lot of help .

View and walking path behind the venue was great. Nice sitting area. Staff was helpful. Out room had a busted lock that was usable but pulled away from the door and the faceplate on the side was busted. Continental breakfast area was too crowd to try and check out before leaving. It's a small area so 3 - 4 or more people make it difficult to access

It was clean. New owner is trying his best to bring upto speed. It’s a great place.

The rooms were clean, air conditioner was cold, breakfast was okay had a few different options. Nice location of hotel nice view of river from room. TV didn't work great had lots of static and cut in and out the same way on every channel.

Clean room, A/C worked well. Super friendly staff and great customer service. The grassy area at the back of the property was great for the kids to play and for our group to spend time and use the bbq that’s available. The walking path down to the river led us to a great spot to cool down and fish. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast. Definitely good bang for our buck. We learned the hotel is recently under new ownership. It is obvious these new owners care about their business. We felt very welcomed and were happy with our choice to stay here.

Our room had a view of the river and the tall T. rex dinosaur, which was perfect for our children. Great location to walk to the splash pad, tour the different Dino’s throughout the town.

The people that own the property just bought it a few weeks ago so they’ve only just started to spruce things back up, but they were super helpful and welcoming! They constantly strove to make our stay a good one and to accommodate our requests. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel was in walking distance to the giant T-Rex. We’d stay there again!

The staff were very delightful and the rooms were clean. It was central between the museum and town. It was also cool to look across the river and see Tyra the Dino.

I liked the location; it was central to all the tourist attractions. The staff was friendly and informative. The outside of the hotel needs a bit of work, but the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed relaxing in the jetted tub.
