Amazing staff and great rooms . Also they got a shuttle service to the major city remarks . The breakfast area was located in a very airy balcony and food quality is great . Highly recommended

Rooms are beautiful. Staff is super lenient if you arrive before check in and try and get you into a room as soon as possible at no additional charge. All three onsite restaurants are phenomenal. Staff is very friendly from the doorman, the front desk, and guest services. 24 hour room service comes in handy when your jet lagged and hungry. Their spa is ranked one of the best in Portugal and for good reason. I had two two treatments and both were amazing. The spa staff is so attentive. Gym is open 24 hrs. The deluxe panoramic room is a good option. I had beautiful views of the bridge and the Tagus River. Very secure. Staff on call 24/7. Hotel airport transport is a 10/10 and they offer a daily free shuttle to/from town at no additional cost. Will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel with high quality staff

The hotel was centrally located and not too far from the City Centre. Rooms were clean and nice. House keeping comes everyday to clean and replenish. The staff were very polite and helpful, answered a y queries I had. Buffet breakfast had an array of choices from breads, fruits, to pastries. Our kids enjoyed the pool only one improvement I'd suggest is to put in like 4 heavy duty fans. That pool house was steaming hot. The Soul restaurant was by far the best. Ivo our server was very attentive to our needs. One con be prepared to pay taxes on everything even non alcoholic beverages and it's not only in this restaurant. It's everywhere.

The hotel is top notch. Beds are very comfortable, air conditioning is superb. Service is excellent. A couple of inconveniences, it is located farther than expected from downtown. Despite the high rating of the hotel their toilet paper is scratchy, I was surprised by the quality of it. Breakfast has no new things daily, same all, gets boring very quickly. The rest was amazing.

A lovely hotel with an excellent breakfast. Staff and hotel top notch. Even though the hotel is away from the central are of Lisbon, the hotel offers a convenient shuttle to get back and forth. If the shuttle isn't running (evening), make sure you take an Uber. We got ripped off by a taxi driver, and so did one of our friends.

All the employees are incredibly nice and want to help. Hotel location is outside of downtown Lisbon but there is a dedicated shuttle that drops off and picks up every half hour that has great drivers who also give information about the city during the drive. Concierge team is very helpful and breakfast was very good. Room service dinner was a highlight.

Most comfortable beds. We had the best sleeps. The hotel location is great, right next to the metro. The spa was beautiful.

Amazing hotel to stay in.The hotel is clean with modern amenities. The staff and managers are courteous, considerate and helpful. Despite being slightly farther from the city centre, they have free bus shuttle to and from Lisbon downtown. Great ambience. Loved it and am glad am coming back in three days time.

Excellent buffet always available in the Sky Lounge. Great views.
