The room was clean and the staff helpful. The shuttle to the center of town was very helpful.

O hotel é muito bom, equipe prestativa, restaurantes excelentes. Atenção apenas na distância entre o aeroporto, não é 6 minutos como menciona na descrição e sim 20 minutos sem trânsito podendo chegar até 40 min em horário de pico. O serviço de shuttle é pago( 80 euros para um Van).

Unser Aufenthalt war leider von mehreren organisatorischen Herausforderungen geprägt. Während unseres Aufenthalts war die Hotelleitung nicht vor Ort, was sich aus unserer Sicht auch in der Abstimmung der Abläufe widerspiegelte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war teilweise erschwert, da Englischkenntnisse nicht durchgehend vorhanden waren. Die Aufzüge waren stark ausgelastet, wodurch Wartezeiten von bis zu 10–15 Minuten entstehen konnten. Das Frühstück war organisatorisch wenig effizient: zunächst Registrierung mit Wartezeit, anschließend Verzögerung bei der Tischzuweisung und Bedienung. Die Atmosphäre war entsprechend lebhaft, wodurch ein ruhiger Start in den Tag kaum möglich war. Bei der Abrechnung kam es zu Unklarheiten, obwohl der Aufenthalt bereits im Voraus bezahlt war. Der Zugang zum Spa-Bereich war mit Kind eingeschränkt. Der schwerwiegendste Vorfall ereignete sich um 23:00 Uhr: Unsere Familie, inklusive unserer 1,5 Jahre alten Tochter, wurde aufgrund eines internen Fehlers beim Check-in geweckt und gebeten, zur Rezeption zu kommen. In der Folge war an weiteren Schlaf in dieser Nacht nicht mehr zu denken. Insgesamt entspricht die Leistung nicht dem erwarteten Standard. Die Lage nahe am Flughafen ist zwar praktisch, jedoch gibt es Alternativen mit besser abgestimmten Abläufen und höherem Service.

Amazingly excellent hotel. Do not hesitate to stay here for legit 5 star service. Every person at the property is kind, helpful and goes the extra mile. Will stay here again when visiting Lisbon, without question.

Beautiful hotel. Perfect stay again. First class service from check in to check out. Excellent location with valet or self parking available. Staff welcoming and helpful. Friendly and efficient service. Couldn’t ask for more. Wonderful stay. Having stayed in many of Lisbon’s top hotels, the Corinthia is definitely our favourite and the definitely has become our hotel of choice whenever visiting or stopping overnight in transit. Excellent restaurant choice. And a great breakfast. Upgraded rooms to enjoy the panoramic view Sky Lounge highly recommended. We will definitely return. Definitely recommend the Corinthia Lisbon - you won’t be disappointed.

Great stay , will visit again

From start to finish the customer service provided by Corinthia was top tier! They emailed me beforehand to see if I was celebrating anything special and answered any questions ahead of my stay. Even though I opted out of having my room decorated for a fee, they still sent complimentary champagne for my anniversary. The location is not that close the downtown area but the shuttle was very helpful. Also it’s a $5 uber away so it was fine for me! I frequented one of the restaurant bars simply because the staff was so lovely! My only complaint- the spa! They heavily advertised the thermal pool experience. It’s not that great. The water in the hot tubs were only lukewarm. I brought it to the staffs attention. It didn’t improve. They don’t tell you it’s a 70 pound experience and they only wave the fee if you pa for an 80 minute spa treatment. It’s expensive and I did not enjoy myself that much at all.

Totally amazing luxury with fabulous beds! The spa is so worth a visit and the gym is fully equipped.

My stay at the Corinthia Lisbon was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, everything felt elegant, comfortable, and welcoming. The service was exceptional and the staff made sure every detail was taken care of. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast — it was truly outstanding. The variety, quality, and freshness of the food were impressive, and it was the perfect way to start each day. Everything was beautifully presented and delicious. The hotel itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the overall experience was simply fantastic. I had the best time and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Séjour au Corinthia Lisbonne en février 2026 globalement très satisfaisant. Malgré une atmosphère business, l'accueil est digne des plus grandes adresses grâce à un personnel aux petits soins. L'hôtel est excentré mais très bien desservi par le métro, les bus et une navette gratuite. Un grand merci à Diogo Brites pour son accueil VIP, ses conseils et son professionnalisme. L'équipe conciergerie est également très réactive. Nous avons logé en Suite Monsanto : spacieuse, parfaitement insonorisée et dotée d'une literie exceptionnelle. Nous avons apprécié la bouteille d’espumante offerte pour notre anniversaire. Quelques bémols techniques toutefois : une salle de bain froide, un temps d'attente long pour l'eau chaude et une décoration un peu neutre qui mériterait un rafraîchissement plus luxueux. Le Sky Lounge au 24ème étage est un privilège absolu pour le calme et la vue. Mention spéciale à notre serveur du petit-déjeuner pour sa gentillesse et ses attentions personnalisées. L'accès inclus au spa water therapy est aussi un vrai plus pour se relaxer. Petit bémol au check-out où nous avons dû réclamer nous-mêmes l'application d'une remise promise. En résumé, le Corinthia est une très bonne adresse portée par des équipes exceptionnelles. Avec un rafraîchissement esthétique pour monter encore en gamme, l'établissement frôlerait la perfection.
