The location is quite good, most of the attractions were nearby or in walking distance.

L'hotel si trova a pochi minuti dalla piazza principale, in zona tranquilla, e a 2 passi dalla fermata del bus per andare in stazione. Presenta il distributore dell'acqua gratuita all'ingresso per riempire le borracce. In camera, oltre al classico sapone liquido per il lavandino e la doccia, c'è il dispenser del balsamo per capelli e della crema viso-corpo-mani, che non si trovano quasi mai in altri hotel.

I particularly did like how when I asked for coffee (the room was stocked with only 2 little packets of Decaf coffee for the 2 of us which we of course used on the first day), the lady who was working there mid-day after our check in day (she had darker hair) gave me a very rude response almost like she was ‘shoeing’ us away saying that the room only gets coffee when the cleaners clean the room to which I said we didn’t have any room cleaning as we didn’t need it, she rolled her eyes and said she’d have someone send us some coffee up and then carried on down the hall without asking which room we were staying in or anything. We waited 2.5 hours and then I said screw it and went back downstairs and found the stash of coffee packets and sugar (normal coffee not decaf) and I got it myself and brought it back to the room. Mind boggling how such a small request became such a task for this very rude front desk lady.

Comfortable stay in convenient hotel.

Good place to stay! The rooms were clean and just spacious enough for the five of us in our group. Overall was clean, but the shower didn't have a shower curtain or door so water was getting everywhere with some of us. Really close to the main courtyard with all the food, churches and towers. Would stay here again!

I email the staff due to late arrival and was nice of them to provide me the instructions by email, everything went well and we got to keep our luggage afterward for later pick up.. room very conftable and everything was nearby.. very convenient..

Fantastic hotel! Perfect location, wonderful breakfast. We had a quad room for a family of four adults and it was huge! The bathroom was contemporary and the room was very bright. We love Bruges and this hotel was a definite win for our stay.

Hôtel idéalement situé pour visiter le centre ville de Bruges. Peu de bruits dans la rue. La literie est très confortable. Nous avons très bien dormi. Le personnel est agréable, souriant et à l’écoute de nos demande. C’était un excellent séjour.

Olimme 4 hengen perhematkalla. Meillä oli 2teineille oma verholla eritelty huoneensa. Tykkäsivät siitä. Sänky mukava..huoneen ikkunat kadulle. Olimme 2 kerros eikä meteli häirinnyt/kuulunut kadulta vaikka keskustassa oltiin. Aamupala ok ei niin järin laaja mutta hyvin pärjäsimme. Hedelmiä monia..teelaatuja useita..pullia..mysliä eri sorttia. Mehua. Leipiä jne...

A bit loud and staff can be hard to find sometimes but excellent location. Rooms were very clean.

Rooms is spacious and WiFi is good. We hv booked for parking and can park our car a bit earlier than check in time. It is convenient to walk around the city.

Vi bokade in en natt för två vuxna och två tonåringar. Hotellet ligger mitt i byn med gångavstånd till alla sevärdheter. Vi blev varmt mottagna av receptionisten och fick en snabb check-in. Rummet var väldigt fint renoverat och hela hotellet var personligt och välordnat. Sängarna var väldigt bra och vi sov gott, välstädat och bra toalett. Parkering i garage ligger mitt emot hotellet och kostar 25 Euro/natt. Jag kan verkligen rekommendera dett unika och fina hotel!

Clean and comfortable room with spacious shower room and decent air con. Nice quiet street just a few minutes walk from the main square and everything we wanted yo do. Decent buffet breakfast
