Clean, spacious, bright and affordable room in a great location!

Good location, good value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside were thin walls and no air con. Ideal if you are staying for long weekend.

Nos dejaron entrar antes y nos salvaron el día, diluviaba, 3 horas de late check out por 15€ me pareció maravilloso, pedimos comida a domicilio y pudimos usar menaje del hotel y el lobby, muy simpáticas en recepción con mi hijo de 3 años, la decoración crea un ambiente relajado y muy acogedor, tronas disponibles, máquinas de café/zumo operativas 24h en recepción gratuitas, también microondas, con bebés todo un acierto, desayuno normal, lo único malo el fuerte olor a químico de la habitación recién limpia, yo no uso productos tan fuertes, pero claro, eso ya es un tema personal. Buena climatización de la habitación. Pude proyectar Amazon vídeo en la tele desde iPhone con chromecast instalado en su TV , una maravilla. Un hotel con lo básico pero muy bien pensado para estar como en casa sin lujos pero con muchos detalles que marcan la diferencia para organizar la estancia con niños, por ejemplo. Gracias al personal de recepción y limpieza por su amabilidad! Un 10 :)

Nice, clean and friendly hotel!

Schone kamers met goede faciliteiten. Klein maar fijn. Ik had een kamer met een terras en dat was super. Terras is ruim en je kan lekker buiten genieten van de zon. Super goed ontbijt. 24 uur receptie is echt een super service. Je kan ook altijd water, thee en koffie pakken. Al met al super tevreden met dit hotel.

Super helpful staff, loved to stay here, the only minor glitz was if you don't eat meat or care for cereals then the breakfast doesn't really cater you. That was a pitty. But clean, silent during nights, close to city centre etc - would gladly stay here again.

Sehr saubere Zimmer in super Zustand. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr gutes Stadthotel mit schönen Frühstück. Zimmer leider Recht klein, aber dafür nettes Personal. In der Lobby kann man durchgehend kostenlos Kaffee und Wasser holen. Parken eher schwierig. Gute Bus Anbindung.

Very comfortable room . There are two supermarkets close by as well as bus stops taking you to and from the centre of town. It is also excellently placed for the main train station if you want to travel further away

Had standard room, clean, appeared well maintained, hotel facilities as described. Good location for transport, town centre, 10-15mins walk to beachfront & marina. Despite near busy part town, didnt notice much outside noise.

We booked this hotel because of its location & price. It exceeded our expectations. Staff were very professional & very pleasant; very happy to help with any queries. There was complimentary coffee/tea & water throughout our stay. Wi-fi was good, room spacious & clean; everything we needed for a quick overnight stay during our travels.

Less than 5min walk uphill from train station. Good accomodation, ac good and privately controlled. Free coffee and water in lobby was welcome. Couple of supermarkets very close by and great tapas restaurant less than 5 mins away, casa 15

Solide, zentrale Unterkunft mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Nice hotel. Book the top floor “Attic” if possible. Nice outdoor veranda. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast at an additional cost but it looked nice. We ate in restaurants & cafes in the city, many within 15 minutes walk. We lived Alicante. Nice city & felt safe wherever we walked. C6 bus to and from airport easy to use. €4.50 or € 1.05 (we only used one way) for over 65’s. Bus stop outside train station 5 minutes walk down the road from hotel. Hotel staff very good, spoke good English, although we used our limited Spanish. We would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Alicante.
