When we arrived they was no one at the front desk for almost 10 minutes. The person checked us in then told us the elevator was broken. Our room was on the 3rd floor. She offered to call us the next day when a room became available on the 1st floor, but didn't. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower door wouldn't stay close. We checked out a day early.

The shower is broken didn’t know open it and got water everywhere and the room I selected I was given a kind of it not the exact room the air condition has a set time and will not work till that set time got my kids crying everywhere I rented a double bed but was a single queen bed.

I was there for 5 days, staff was friendly, breakfast was what you expect. But, not having internet the whole time I was there was very frustrating. I checked twice a day being told they were working on it. My last day I was told there was a part of some kind they were waiting for? In this day and age that just doesn’t seem right!

The elevator was in a bad shape. I prepaid my booking, and upon check-in, in I was charged again for the room as opposed to a damage deposit. I reached out for a refund and the staffs were ill-mannered!! I expect better from Hotel staffs, especially when you don't know who is on the other side of the phone.

Our room was excellent it was clean and quiet we enjoy our stay tremendously. It was almost like being at home we could cook relax watch TV entertain. ( W/out everyone having to sit on the floor or the bed like hotel room.... Lol)

When I checked in, the front desk clerk was talking to another employee for about 10 minutes while I stood there. The TV in my room didn't work. Eventually, I had to pack back up and move to another room. In the morning, the water line broke (it was cold) so there was no water to take a shower. Rooms were nice, but several things just didn't make it a pleasant stay.

The pool was broken. I had go to office 3 times just to get the bed sheets done no coffee anywhere till breakfast is ready 😞 we won't go back. The room was nice clean and comfortable

Check in was easy but it was downhill from there. When we walked in the room there were used cleaning rags from the maid left behind on the desk. My husband took it down the hall and left them on the maids cart as he couldn’t find the maid. The room looked clean but the carpet turned the bottoms of my feet black less than 5 minutes of getting out of the shower. There was an open packet of coffee left in the room, a used lotion was left from previous resident, and the shower bottle of conditioner was completely empty. We couldn’t watch tv the entire time of our stay. We tried to call the front desk but no one ever answered the phone so my husband went down. The front desk told us it had lost connection and would come back on but it never did. When we came back from supper and asked the lady at the front desk if it was back on yet she said, “I don’t know. If you find out tell me.” The bed was not very comfortable and the furnace was so loud it was hard to even hear anything on our phones. Despite turning the thermostat up we never could get the room comfortable. It was cold the entire time and the room with the shower was freezing. Breakfast was eh so we didn’t eat. Check out was very dismissive. We try to give a place a good chance and often overlook small issues if there are any because we know stuff happens sometimes but there are just too many this time. This was easily one of our worst hotel stays ever.
