We had a great stay.

Recently renovated rooms are nice and clean. For the low price this is a good motel.

Food and shopping within walking distance. Room was decent and clean. Tv and internet are not the strongest when the weather is bad. Staff aren’t very hospitable but they are always at the front desk when needed. I would definitely recommend staying here as the location is nice. Was easily able to get Ubers and Lyft rides and get to and from the big malls. In all I enjoyed my stay and will be rebooking soon.

Disappointed . They advertise there was a pool but it was closed . Breakfast is only Coffee, tea and a snack bar. it better to advertise it as snack not breakfast.

It was a lot of money for a tiny room. Mirror covered in adhesive spots I'm assuming. Tiny bed for over 200$ a night

Room was outdated and AC only seemed to cool half the room. Room also smelled like cigarettes the entire time of our stay

I like the amenities and the surroundings, shopping center, diner and other restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff.

Typical motor inn, with rooms directly opening onto the parking lot. But the finishes were fresh, the location was convenient and in a nice stretch of retail and restaurants, and the room was well laid out (the bathroom sink sat outside the bathroom, so a guest could get ready while another guest showered or used the bathroom. Nice, affordable find.

Their free breakfast was atrocious. The juice was spoiled and there was no options other than a fruit bar. I used uber eats for food options although there is a small shopping center across the street that offers various options for food. Beds are comfortable and they do make your beds every day. Quick uber ride to the Syosset train station to NYC. WiFi wasn’t consistent.

The place needs dedicated work, it’s in a bit of disrepair. We were a little concerned about the cleanliness when we found gum on a bedside lampshade. The sink faucet was leaky, both dripping from the faucet, and pouring out of the fixture and onto the countertop when on full-flow. I can’t say whether or not the staff would have helped with these issues, and in fairness, I didn’t give them a chance to. But this was informed by having requested extra bedding by phone the day before check-in, as well as requesting the extra bedding on arrival, but we never received any extra bedding. Something of note as well: they were averse to me using the tap feature on their payment device. That could mean nothing, but I just found it odd that it worked, processed my payment, but they grimaced and tried to intervene before it was too late. I could be overthinking that, idk. And maybe my hopes or standards are irrational, for what it’s worth. Hard to say. But anyway, squarely a 3/5 stars, maybe a little less.

Good stay, did not like having to put $100 on my credit card when I arrived, as a room deposit and being told it would be credited back to my credit card in a few days

Saumara who always makes sure I am comfortable with room. She has a very pleasant attitude concerning customer service.

Swimming pool was closed. Otherwise, room was clean and staff was polite and accommodating.
