The overall hotel stay was great, and it is very close to the MTR station. However, the check-in process took 45 minutes, which was way too long

Clean and well maintained. Easy to access and parking underground for reasonable rates.

The gentleman that checked us in was the nicest person that has ever checked us in to a hotel anywhere! He was personable, very friendly and had a sense of humor. Check in was fast and courteous. FYI...The parking under the hotel was not high enough for my pickup truck. We had to park on the other side of the street but had to call a concierge to clarify how to pay as the signage was not clear. You have to pre-pay and we never received a receipt nor was one sent to my email. (This is not the hotel's fault)

The staff was incredibly friendly, from checking in, to the cleaning staff.

The front desk staff were excellent. Polite and attentive and friendly. The Trio restaurant staff were excellent as well. The housekeeping staff were superb. Never better. Friendly and attentive. Did a fantastic job. I was so impressed. We stayed here in 2022 and I was not very happy. The hotel has been renovated and the service was so impressive. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend.

Staff was very helpful. The room maintenance needs a renovation. There was a big stain on the carpet outside the bathroom. Bathroom door paint was peeling and wood was crack.

Great location, walking distance to many restaurants. Underground parking. And good pick up drop off area for rides.

The hotel is accessible to the subway, and several restaurants nearby. The staff was so nice, room was clean, and area of hotel is perfect. Definitely will be staying at this hotel going forward for future visits. Also, they have underground parking.

We didn’t take full advantage of hotel but what we did use was nearly perfect for our stay while attending VELD!
