Great location and staff

computer room - machines weren't working - I didn't bring my phone or laptop as previously business centre was in lobby and computers worked - none were working which was a BIG inconvience Also put on ground floor and was noisy - last time we were on 2nd floor

The breakfast options where ok , Food was average , not ideal to not have it set up in an area where you dont have a kitchen , and limited people available as well. If you cant handle proper service for Breakfast , just dont include for it !

Our stay was super nice! Super comfy and cozy for sure (we had the courtyard rooms). We also had a kitchen room, which my mom absolutely loved lol. Super nice staff and super helpful:)The breakfast was also super yummy and I really like how they had different options everyday rather than the same stuff everyday. The variety was super nice to have. Also this hotel is super close to a lot of great eats and stores!! Very good location. One thing I will say is that our bell on the door was not working apparently and even though we turned on the do not disturb - since it was broken, housekeeping still came into the room, but no complaining, they really did an amazing job :)

Great location and solid breakfast buffet. Would stay here again. The rooms are big and clean.

The pool, hot tub and daily breakfast were a huge hit for the kids.

Quiet

This is properly awesome for families trip close to downtown and all shopping centres and easy access to the beach, pretty quiet and clean except the bathroom will need more attention, hot and cold water not working properly also shower head so slow and ceilings fan need to be replaced

Loved it, quiet, clean

We stayed with our kids. The kids loved the pool. We enjoyed the free breakfast and food was great.

We enjoyed our stay, however for an average of 300 a night the counters were never wiped off, the sheets on the bed were not fixed they were in the middle of the bed untucked from the bottom, but the duvet was tucked in and fixed.Toilet and sink were not cleaned and we only requested housekeeping 2x during our stay. The coffee out in lobby was missing stir sticks and creamer. The hot tub water was very dirty and murk to where the grills at the bottom were covered in dirt, and we were not able to use it. The pool could use more TLC but was ok. The restaurant and pub drinks and food were fantastic. Would have been nice to use our patio but unfortunately a few encounters of homeless hanging out and using the water tap to wash themselves. It is in a great location nearby many stores. Staff are friendly as well.

A real hotel!

Il y avait beaucoup d’eau qui coulait de l’évier de cuisine jusqu’à terre. Quelqu’un est venu réparé partiellement, mais ça coulait toujours. Ce n’était pas réparé totalement après cinq jours de vacances.

This property was clean, somewhat modern and conveniently located. It's Kelowna, so the natural surroundings are lovely, and the view from the tower is great. The service was good and there was daily housekeeping. The breakfast was so-so, but it was free.

Solid - clean rooms, great views, kind staff!!

For a 400 dollar a night room, the bedside lights were both broken. Had to unscrew the bulbs to turn them on and off on both sides. Climate control was all over the map. Breakfast was crowded and felt like a nightclub and very disorganized.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Rooms are great.
