Great stay as always 👍

The first room we were in the heat didn't work. We didn't have any soap, shampoo, conditioner or lotion. We had one towel. We spent one night in this room and when nothing was happening with heat, we were moved to a different room. This room was better but the furniture was worn out, the microwave wasn't working properly and again the beds were uncomfortable. We ate dinner at the restaurant, and that was good.

It was ok , staff were nice

Was downgraded to another as the one I reserved weeks before wasn’t available anymore. The bed my son was to sleep in was full of food crumbs and dirt, looked like it wasn’t cleaned in forever.

Room was in poor condition. Huge cracks in roof and plug for tub didn’t work.

The hotel was basic and clean. Beds not true queen sized. Check in kind of glitchy and slower than normal. Check out seamless. Hotel was in process of reno - gym facilities not available. Restaurant was basic, simple food - portions generous. No continental breakfast, which was disappointing

It was fine for the price, which was significantly less than other options.

Hotel was under construction - to be expected gotta update sometime! Hotel only had a pool, no hot tub.. Biggest issue, I was charged more at hotel then I was told I would be on Expedia.

The bathrooms had no faceclothes. The body wash and slotion were mixed up putting body was by the sink and body lotion in the shower. Tried to explain to the cleaning staff but there were unable to understand.

Had a great stay, slept very comfortably in a spacious quiet room, actually got 9 hours of sleep here. Good fitness room although it was missing some key dumbbells, but the treadmill and elliptical worked fine. Good pool too

The room was dirty when we checked in. We asked for the room to be cleaned when we went out for dinner. When we had come back it was still dirty and this actually went on to the second night! At check out they took $30 off of the stay. In my opinion I should have had the first night free for the troubles. I asked 5 time

I reserved for my reservation dates online through Expedia. As I was checking in at some point the dates switched and I confirmed before re-checking the dates that had somehow changed. I immediately called The Radisson and the fellow at the front desk basically said I was SOL. No refund. Nice grab
