Not sure why but when entering the room we started to sneeze. Its actually our 3rd time staying in this hotel but it just happened this time. No time to complain, too late. Our mistakes! A bit expensive for no free breakfast!

This hotel not only made the guests pay in cash (computers were down) before you could get your room with no notice given and a credit card on file but they also triple charged my card without my authorization. After working with the front desk team they were able to refund the two extra charges but had no understanding why it happened. I did request to talk to the general manager but he wasn’t in. I called five additional times the following week and no calls were returned and the general manger was always unavailable. There was also a hole in the door. It was fixed with plaster and colored with marker to make it look like the wood grain and if that wasn’t enough a homeless man was sleeping directly outside our window. This may have been my worst hotel stay ever and I was charged three times for it. Very unhappy.

The room was nice, clean, and big! We stayed in the tower section (I believe), and have no complaints! Would definitely book again! Staff were friendly and kind!

Nice spacious room. Reception lady very good and helpful! Bath-tub is very very slippery when showering! Needs a mat and hand rails! We put a hand towel down in the bath so we didn’t slip. Body wash bottle was empty Restaurant was a 7:5 out of 10. Don’t order the fish, it’s not fresh! Burger very good Breakfast was a 6 out of 10 Good location very easy to find close to mall and only 30 minutes to airport Pool for the kids Would stay again

Everything was good only in the room lamp was not working and there was not even charging spot one side of the bed.

Our room smelled weird.

I purchased 1 room - 2 beds for 2 adults. When I opted for the full breakfast I assumed it would cover both adults. I was told by the desk agent that I only had 1 breakfast, but he reluctantly gave me the second one (we did not use them, so I cannot speak to the food quality). There were a lot of kids, which was nice. The pool was busy and not enough towels to facilitate everyone. The beds were sad - very uncomfortable. When I checked out they did not know who I was. My stay was obviously mismanaged. I was called the wrong last name, and they pre-authorized my credit card $100 for incidentals, but then a second which I did not approve for $122.05. I was told both were a pre-authorization and they would not put the charge through, but … why? No explanation. Poorly managed, poor quality - we will never stay here again.

I will return, good price:quality ratio.

The enterance was dirty and the hall way carpets were dirty and stained. The room was good though

There was no wifi provided, no face cloths in the room, no usb chargers, and the fridge didn’t work. The carpets smelled wet, and were damp to the touch, like they had just cleaned them and left them to dry in a closed off room. The room was humid and smelled like cheetos. I will definitely not be staying at the hotel again, especially for the price I paid!
