Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und von guter Qualität. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher waren hervorragend, wie auch die Matratzen. Die öffentlichen Bereiche könnten etwas mehr Reinigung gebrauchen. Uns hat sehr gestört, dass das Rauchverbot nicht kontrolliert bzw. eingehalten wurde. Auf eine schriftliche Beanstandung haben wir leider keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Poolregeln scheinen nur auf der Tafel zu existieren und werden auch nicht eingefordert. Das Reservieren von Liegen ist untersagt, aber auch hier wird die Regel nicht umgesetzt. Wozu dann überhaupt Regeln??? Hier gilt das Recht des Lauteren und Stärkeren, unterstüzt von einem desinteressierten und unfreundlichen Rettungsschwimmer. Schade, es hätte durchaus zu einem Stern mehr gereicht.

The room was on the small side but average for amenities. It had a beautiful balcony. The main problem was as soon as I walked in, it smelled of cigarette smoke. The front desk said the property is non-smoking but the previous guest must have broke the rules. I had also asked for a quiet room when I was checking in. Turns out I was right above the nightclub area on the 2nd floor and every night I had to wait for it to close and be quiet before I could sleep. Internet speed was poor. One night it was completely not working at all at least all evening. Who knows for how long. It was back on when I woke up in the morning. The breakfast buffet had a good selection but milk was not kept in a cool tray and would quickly get warm. It was also hard to find a table if you weren't there in the first 30mins or so. The pool was nice and I never had a problem finding a lounge chair.

Problemas con la ducha y con la televisión, pero bueno…lo peor es que es un hotel orientado a familias, y lo vi algo saturado de gente. El desayuno un caos, mucha gente…y poca variedad de productos

Lovely hotel great pool staff helpful

Lit très spacieux avec une grande baignoire top mais la chambre pas très moderne ni l'hotel qui est vieillissant, le mobilier dans l'entrée devrait être changé, la spa n'est pas gratuit ni la salle de sport cela est dommage. J'ai quand même passé un bon séjour.

C'est juste un sentiment de surexploitation quand on voit le nombre de transat par rapport à la taille de la piscine ? La dame de l'accueil super !

Food was good but the air conditioner did not work at all and it was so stuffy that we were unable to sleep , we did close the patio door and had it turned to cold but only warm stuffy air came out the entire night , we booked this place for the fact that they have air conditioning , if you like warm sauna like temp you’ll love it for sleeping

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel war sauber, das Personal freundlich. Beim Abendessen konnten wir alle etwas Leckeres finden und wurden satt. Frühstück eher kontinental gehalten. Zimmer eher klein, dafür aber 2 große Betten, was wir sehr schön fanden.

Todo bien, a excepción de que pensábamos estaba incluido el spa, pero el spa se cobra a parte, así como también se exige para el spa gorras, que también las venden a parte, parking también cobran a parte. En definitiva precio elevado para los servicios incluidos.
