Easy parking, clean room, nice staff

Wifi was bad , pool hot tub didn’t work, staff were great , restaurant in hotel was poor with real expensive underrated food ,

Did not use the spa. The kitchenette was adequate. Had everything we needed for a two night stay.

Beautiful area

The room is clean but the carpet looks old. The water is not hot in hot tub.

Alexander was exceptional over the phone. The staff also called to check in and make sure we were ok as we were later than expected to arrive.

Typical Jasper hotel, updated but it is an older building.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and clear. Hot tub jets did not work. Room was very old looking with old carpets and chairs had the vinyl coating coming off. Drapes and chairs did not match in colour. Room looked very used and very tired. Pillows were lumpy.

Everything thing was great, but the jets on the hot tub were not working

Staff was super friendly and very helpful, do wish the hot tub jets actually were functioning as i felt i was i a human soup pot. But over all enjoyed our stay the staff made the difference.

No continental breakfast and severely overpriced food/beverages in the attached restaurant

Relaxing stay, however bathroom fan not functioning. And hotub jets not functioning.

Clean spacious rooms with a little kitchenette setup, free parking, staff were all great and helpful. Good spot to sleep in if you’re skiing in Marmot. Cons: amenities could be improved. Gym was basically two machines in a stairwell (bike and an elliptical). Pool chocked full of little kids splashing around and a 4 person jacuzzi.
