Need to clean around edges of carpet in bed and wipe down the little things lights, phone, shades etc

Enjoyed our stay. Nice facility

The staff was very pleasant and had wonderful customer service. The cleanliness of our room was not what a person would expect for the price point. Our bathroom did not appear to be clean; dried toothpaste still in the sink, water spots all over the mirror, dried urine at the base of the toilet and on the toilet seat. There was hair and left over food and trash on the floor. I ended up cleaning the toilet seat so we could use it. The room had a terrible smell to it. The AC didn't smell great either and didn't appear to be working properly. Parts of our bed had the bed frame hanging out from underneath the mattress so we had to be very aware of where we stepping out of the bed so we didn't trip. The sheets and bedding were very clean though!

The hotel was a nice place to stay for the one night we needed. The facility is somewhat dated but overall, it was acceptable. The only complaint we had was the terrible smell in the hallway of our floor. Come to find out, housekeeping had failed to find some rotten food that was not disposed of and the whole floor smelled very bad.

Over all a good experience. The staff were very good pleasant and helpful. Our stay was short but no complaints. Thank you

I liked that it was clean. However, a real pool for adults would be fantastic!

Worst ever! Upon check in I wasn’t giving the room I booked and paid for and then I was given a dirty room and they moved us to a one bed room they won’t discuss price because I booked through hotel.com I’ll Never book there again

They didn’t have my room with two queens. They only had a king bed so my kids had to sleep on roll aways. I don’t understand how I booked a room with two queens and paid extra to ensure it was on the bottom floor and it was taken from us. My wife gets sick on elevators and the only room available was a king on the sixth floor.

The shower did not drain and there was a dirty sock left in my bedding and when i folded my bedding down it the sock fell out drain in shower took over an hour to drain staff didnt seem to be concerned with these issues when brought to their attention

The concierge was friendly, honest, and competent. The room was quite nice for the price. This hotel is a notch above its price bracket.

The hotel is a little bit outdated but the staff is really friendly and helpful The hotel has a very convenient shuttle service and that was the main reason for us choosing it the drivers for the shuttle were super friendly

One of the best pet friendly hotels. Ground floor rooms with an exit close by for taking the pup out. The room was very clean and there was no pet smells.

Beautiful hotel! Check in was easy and quick. The room was clean however it was hot and it only got hotter after our showers. We did put the AC down to 50° and even then it wasnt cooling down. We were so tired though we just went with it. One thing that did disappoint me was the lack of communication. When we booked it said breakfast buffet included. Cool! One less thing to worry about. When we arrived we asked what time breakfast was the next day, but then found out in the morning there would be no breakfast due to the holiday. No one informed us of that the night before when we inquired about the breakfast hours. No directions on how to find our room were given either, just a "you're on this floor."

The room was nicely furnished however, there were no USB ports available anywhere in the room. Fortunately I packed 2 adapters and able to charge the phones and tablets. The RAMKOTA bar and restaurant is great. The plant and flower containers to the RAMKOTA entrance and the bar patio were professional and well maintained considering it was late summer. I would stay here again for the location and the accommodations.

Took a while to find reservation, carpet in room is dirty and feels damp. The carpet does not get vacuumed well in corners under the desk behind and under the chairs and unfortunately it smells like a dead mouse in the pet friendly hall and room
