I like the breakfast and easy access to my room also the person services attitude!

Only stayed one night cause I had to be at a job super early, so this was a good place to stay

Front desk provided the best customer service! Rooms were clean and had good amenities.

Complimentary breakfast, pool, hot tub (currently closed, but there is one), and great staff.

Front desk person Teresa is the bomb! She remembers me from years gone by. This property is our first stop in our drive to southern California. It has a free breakfast, Big Bear diner and great staff. The rooms are nicely appointed and comfortable. They always make room for our 2 furry friends. I highly recommend this Best Western.

Breakfast could have been better, the coffee was good. As far as the room it was nice and clean but the air conditioner smelled like it needed a cleaning

There was pee in the shower and glass on the vanity area. They said there was nothing they could do about.

Cute property. The pool & spa are in 2 different areas....not a bad idea. The breakfast was good. Biscuits & gravy is a favorite of mine but not everyones gravy is good, this one was. The raisin bread was yummy. My kid really liked the eggs! The staff I met was very nice & seemed very willing to help if needed. The room was clean, we slept well! There is plenty of parking.

The pool is fantastic and just what you need in 40 degrees heat. Black Bear diner right next door

The rooms are very dated. Every day some huge boom went off late afternoon
