Everything was 10/10. Air conditioning was working great. Restaurant and bar have excellent options. Pleasantly surprised at how modern the facilities and room are given the price point of the room. Very good value.

Vägglöss i första rummet jag fick. Bytte sedan till ett annat. Väglöss i det andra rummet också! Sedsn bytte jag hotel!

Very friendly staff. Excellent Restaurant: we had a wonderful dinner. Room was ok and clean. Some small damaged details (bedside light broken), but nothing really severe. Zhe room was very calm. We‘ll come again!

Zeer aangenaam en goed gelegen hotel om de stad te bezoeken. Het openbaar vervoer stopt voor de deur van het hotel. Het hotel beschikt over een ruime en gemakkelijk toegankelijke parking. Het restaurant serveert lekker eten en het ontbijt is uitgebreid. Enig en zwaar minpunt: op pinkstermaandag was het restaurant gesloten en kon men een noodmaaltijd krijgen. Men raadde ons aan ravioli te nemen. Dit was echter vegetarische en totaal smakeloze troep. Het personeel is overigens zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

I stayed at this hotel for three weeks, and the staff member, Charlotte, was friendly and helpful. They assisted me in resolving a few minor issues. Keep it up!

Chambre spacieuse et bonne literie

Problème de clé magnétique qui ne fonctionne pas après deux allers retour à la réception un agent nous accompagne une 3e fois à la porte pour constater que la serrure ne fonctionne pas !! On décide de nous uograder et de nous changer de chambre. Plutôt appréciable. Dans la nouvelle chambre : la climatisation soufflé frais voir froid malgré le thermostat mis à fond. Le chauffage de la salle d'eau ne fonctionne pas non plus !!!

Séjour très agréable passé à l'hôtel Mercure Grenoble Meylan : de l'amabilité et professionnalisme du personnel à l'accueil, à la qualité du repas / petit déjeuner jusqu'au confort de la chambre.

Difficile de régler le chauffage à l'intérieur de la chambre (T° trop élevée)
