這家飯店不錯，雖然北京有很多老舊的飯店，但房間很寬敞。

地理位置優越。服務人員非常熱情周到。

這家旅館雖然老舊，但很舒適，而且離故宮很近。

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately not very comfortable. Although the staff mentioned that the air conditioning was turned off as the weather in Beijing had turned cooler for autumn, the room felt quite stuffy, and the windows could not be opened for ventilation. Even with a fan provided, it was still warm and uncomfortable, especially at night. there was building maintenance on our last night, and the electricity was cut off around midnight without any prior notice.

Location was great, walking distance to city center. Near MRT station. Room was a bit old but clean enough. Amenities was good. Breakfast standard. Thank you

Staff hotel ramah dan kita bisa early check in. Breakfast bervariasi dan rasanya enak. Kebersihan kamar rekomen. Jarak hotel dekat ke pusat belanja.

Namanya NOVOTEL, expect nya proper. Seperti di Indonesia, nyatanya kurang. Ternyata setua dari 1905 or 1950 aku lupa. Pesen 3 kamar. 1 AC lebih baru, 1 AC yg medium, 1 AC jadul panas wasalamm. Paling emosi di LIFT nya super tolol, kayak gak punya sensor. Berapa kali koper kejepit, orang tua kejepit, belom lagi akses ke kamar yg ribet. Dari lobby naik di ke It atas dengan lift, lanjut dari lift jalan lagi ke lift/ tangga buat pindah ke wing, abis itu dari lift tso jalan lagi ke lift yg anter kita ke kamar kita. Astagaaaaaaaaaa Orang2 nya ramah, memang hotel nya aja gak banget

Makanan agak kurang. Kalau tempat ok, bersih, nyaman. Anak saya sangat suka di sini. Pelayanan ramah, baik, semua ok. Lebih ditingkatkan lagi makanannya ya.

Hotelnya bagus, bersih, sarapannya juga banyak makanannya, rasanya enak-enak, hotelnya dekat dengan MRT, dekat Wangfujing Street, hotelnya di sekitar juga banyak toko.

Nice hotel, reasonable price. The location is very good—near many attractions.

Staf concierge yang bernama Mr. Gery amat sangat membantu, orang nya sangat ramah. Terima Kasih Mr. Gery.

The place is pretty nice. We requested connecting rooms and heaters 2 months before our stay and they managed to remember what we requested. The nearest station is Jinyu Hutong, not Deng Shi Kou station, which is only around 3 minutes walk. Jinyu Hutong station is connected with apm mall.

Nice room, slightly old. Near several peking duck restaurants. Two nearby subway stations (different line). The best is the manager 's attention (Thanks Mrs. Mary Goh).

Kamar bersih lokasi sangat dekat ke Wangfujing

Lokasinya oke di tengah kota, tapi kami diberi kamar yang aliran udaranya kurang baik, sehingga kamar jadi panas sekali. Untungnya komplain kami di dengar dan dipindahkan ke kamar yang lebih baik.

Comfy and clean. Great location!!
