Nice hotel

Breakfast was very good, Buffet style. Room was clean. Best location a minute or two away from the Rialto stop which takes you to and from the airport via alilaguna water taxi, just steps away from the Rialto bridge, bathroom very modern with tiled floor, great AC, shower and toilet facilities very clean which is my number 1 priority, room on the ornate side, with floor rugs, beds topped with traditional fabrics etc. stayed on first floor, was a bit of a walk through corridors, up flight of stairs then down to get to room, it was a different experience but not bad at all.

The staff was very kind. The hotel is very conveniently located near the Rialto Bridge. It is easy to get to from the airport and the water taxis.

This was my second time in 15 years but this time we had a back of the hotel view to a building so we didn't have the front of the hotel view. For that I was very disappointed

Location was excellent just note it’s a major spot to unload goods for the area so at 630am things are quite loud. We had ants in the bathroom along with a few flys we had to coral. Building needs a bit of Renovation.

My only complain will be that my AC stopped working on our last day and it was really hot. Other than that the hotel is in a good area and the staff was great.

Lift was not working and an elderly person was with me and could not walk up to the third floor and although they Said the hotel was full, I overheard people checking in after us given rooms on the first floor!! We had to change hotels to get a room without a lot of stairs, would never go to that hotel again!!

Super bien ubicado y con una gran vista la gran canal! Es muy fácil caminar a la plaza San Marcos y demás lugares de interés, hay muchos restaurantes cercanos y el hotel esta lindo! Muy recomendable!

Great central location but busy location. Staff was very helpful and nice but the air conditioning in my room didn’t work and the shower leaked. It was also very dark, small windows, no views.

The hotel was in a great location which made it easy to get around. The staff was helpful and very kind. Our room was a journey away and the room was a bit musty. It was clean, not sure they can get rid of that smell though. The bed needed updating. The breakfast had really good choices and was enjoyable. We would stay there again.

I love love love this hotel. My hair dryer blew out and I would usually care but it was such a nice hotel and the location was so amazing, it didn’t matter. Would definitely stay again

The whole place had a very musty smell. But it’s a 500-year old building. That might explain it. The air conditioning broke our 2nd night there and it was in the middle of a heat wave. So, not ideal. The panoramic terrace was difficult to access and you couldn’t sit up there because the chairs were black metal and in the hot sun, you could fry an egg on them. But the view is great and the location is very convenient to everything. You’re steps from the Rialto Bridge and we loved eating breakfast next to the Grand Canal every morning. The view was worth it. The food at the breakfast was good. Not life-changing, but it did the job. If you go, try to make sure you get a room with a view of the canal. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Location, breakfast, helpful staff - Excellent Hand shower was powerful, controlling the water temperature was a bit challenging.

There were too few outlets in the room. AC was cool but it blew directly on you in bed. Breakfast was very good. Great location.
