Lovely quiet hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The restaurant is excellent, good prices and delicious food and local wines. Free parking is a bonus. Hotel is 20 minute walk to the stunning old town. Only negative was the low shower pressure!

Nicely appointed room, great shower, convenient to sites, and restaurant was excellent for breakfast and dinner.

Loved absolutely everything about the place, except for the bees by the pool. If they could somehow be better managed, it would be 100% enjoyable all categories. Would stay again.

This hotel is a low-key hotel. Not ‘posh’ but great value for its price. The staff were extremely helpful and kind to us. They offered us information about the sites/directions/travel methods. The room was really nice, big fluffy towels (1 each) and hand towels. The amenities were Rituals and well stocked. There is a fridge and kettle in the room. The restaurant is also reasonably priced with decent selection of dishes. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Great hotel around 20 minute walk into centre but also on bus route. Great pool area and breakfast had plenty of choice and well presented . Definitely stay here again.

il y a un magasin carrefour face à l'hôtel. Surtout l'accueil agréable des personnes à l'hôtel, très pratique le restaurant de l'hôtel de bons petits plats servis par des serveuses très aimables. Le petit déjeuner très copieux du salé au sucré. Les chambres très propres. Tout est parfait et nous y revenons tous les ans. Nous retrouvons le même personnel avec plaisir.

We were traveling with our dog, and the staff were friendly and accommodating of him. The hotel had on-site parking which was easy to use and a small gym. The only drawback was the dinner which was not at all in keeping with the quality of everything else. Breakfast was just fine. Overall, we'll gladly stay here again the next time we're in the area.

The bedroom was very pleasant and clean and looked like it recently been refurbished. The only downside was the bathroom wall and door was glass and light from the bathroom lit up the bedroom. The staff were very helpful and polite. We were found a table at dinner even though we had not booked and the hotel was busy. Food was good with a reasonable choice at a reasonable price. I would have liked to use the small gym but we had to leave fairly early in the morning. When we next vist Gerona we will stay at this hotel again.

Miguel, who seems to work weeknight (3-11?) was marvelous. My daughter and I lost a set of dominoes (that had extreme sentimental value) and he went out of his way (& spent a good amount of time) to find them. With the help of a coworker, he found them in a room slated for renovation the next day. I was tremendously impressed by his good natured determination. He also made an excellent recommendation for a restaurant. Miguel is incredibly patient and very focused on providing excellent customer service to the guests of your hotel. Mary P McCole
